  This has been by far the worst customer service from anyone I have purchased anything from in my life. I have a recliner that I purchased here about 6 months ago. I was sitting in it when a bolt broke in half. I called customer service asked to just send me the replacement bolt and I would fix myself. Waited for three weeks and no response from customer service. I went to the store to speak with a store manager she told me I needed to have a service tech to come out first. I scheduled a tech to come out. The day before someone comes out, Service calls and says no tech will be coming out and they would be ordering a mechanism and a tech will come out and install when part arrives. Management told me I needed one. This is a nightmare. When asked what mechanism they are ordering nobody knows. When asked how long it will be i was told it could be 8 to 12 weeks. Thia is really unacceptable. I will have a useless recliner for 3 months to wait for a bolt. I really hope you dont need service. I can't believe this company is in business with this kind of service. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

  I thought you said the king coil were crap. Almost $1300 dollars and 48 hours later this one is sagging. What a piece of shit! I wanted a firm mattress innerspring and no memory foam. I've thrown 3 out in ten years. Yes I bought a mattress protector, washable, cotton quilted and fittted not the cheap plastic thing you sell. Your white glove delivery should be called white knuckle. They dragged it across my yard, hit an end table, wood burner then bar stool. Politely asked them to just lean it up against the wall at that point. So now I have to find a new mattress, Flippin great!

  I walked in knowing what I wanted Mr Johnson greeted me took me over the the mattresses, he told me all about the mattresses I picked out the one I wanted purchase it and was out the door in about 25 minutes, great job

  Wife and I stopped to look at recliners. We were met by Treye, salesperson who greeted us and was very pleasant. I appreciated that she was very helpful and would be happy to help with whatever we needed, but gave us space to browse the floor. It was nice of her to give us time to view the floor without pressure, yet was available for any questions. Made for a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you Treye. I appreciate how you handled our visit.

  Had an awesome experience with Kennedy. She knows her stuff and helped my mother in a selection of a recliner. Even though we waited almost a month to purchase we were able to find the chair without going back to the store, pay and set up a quick delivery. One thing I will say that is not easy is the satellite calling center. Not effective or efficient. You should be able to call or email the sales professional directly to get things done. Overall I will go back to Kennedy for future purchases wherever she is working.
