  I have worked with Jeff Johnson for over 30+ years. Never any issues. My wife and I even drove down from our new home in the UP to buy furniture because of loyalty and trust.

  Spent over $2k on a leather sofa. Its the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. The display model in store was fine sitting in it for 2 mins. Tried to exchange it within 30 days and I was told I could not the return policy is 7 days. I tried to give the couch a chance and this is the price I pay. I'd rather have my old busted down couch back I cant stand this thing. Called the corporate office and no help. I have bought all of my furniture from this company over the last 25 years and I will NEVER spend another penny here. Terrible customer service. Now im stuck with a $2k couch that I HATE.

  Drove from Cleveland to look at a bed. Corey gave us a great deal and we ended up with an awesome adjustable base as well. The store was inviting and the selection was great. Worth the trip for us!

  I'm conflicted. I really like my furniture because I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. So if i could rate the furniture its a full 5 stars. Its been a minute since we got out furniture (the movers were amazing as well) but I think about how bad our sales rep was and I really think someone should really sit down with him and discuss predatory business tactics, pressuring people, and just interjecting opinions and thoughts that weren't particularly relevant or needed. We startednwith Chris who we thought was going to see us through. Honestly the kid had us sold in an instant. Unfortunately he handed us off to another guy, I believe his name was TJ. TJ is definitely part of an older style of salesperson. But we felt rush, pressured, and he never gave us privacy to discuss budget and financial matters. Again... he kept interjecting his opinion and we all ready new what we wanted so it should have been simple to just leave us alone until we were ready. Once we decided on what we wantednit just went south from there. The whole setting up everything with sychrony bank was uncomfortable and at one point i had to take over an input my social and everything because he kept doing it wrong. Even with it written down. I also didnt trust the fact that He physically took my social down. I crossed it out when he wasnt looking but i think thats super inappropriate especially since we're not in a private area there were people browsing furniture around us. Ill be honest... based on TJs style of salesperson id never shop inperson for furniture again which is sad because every other part of the process was fine. He sold me on never coming to waterford Gardner White again.
