- DJDennis J5 days ago1.0Very pushy sales persons. Started out with the highest priced beds. We found a better price of a mattress online and they said they would match it but it didn't include the in-store package. We found out their warranty was voided because we didn't get the mattress pad. The salesperson didn't explain it well. Originally old mattress removal was free but since we negotiated they charged us for mattress removal. We called customer service 3 times and never got a call back. So much better to buy online with better warranties and customer service!

I feel like I was taken advantage of and continued to push me on purchasing a bed that didn’t have what I was asking for. I went to another store and was told completely different information and feel that this location sells lies and has shiesty salesmen. I have extreme buyers remorse and would NEVER trust going to this location again. I really hope this review saves someone else to watch out for the sales people at this location
