  Sardelli Pools knows how to take care of business, quickly! A couple of years ago the Sardelli team refurbished our old 1970’s pool to new. Moreover, they finished the job in record time. Additionally, the Sardelli crew opened our pool within a couple of hours and it is already looking great!!

  It’s amazing that this place has been in business for as long as it has, but I can see by the old man’s attitude that it is time to say goodbye. He is scratchy and crabby, and no longer interested in proper customer service. You never know who your next customer could be when you are kind to them. This is a lesson for me to never ever ever use Sardelli pools even though they are right on the corner. My Beach entry pool money will go to someone else because of your attitude. Maybe it’s time for you to listen to everybody else. You’re ornery and you need to learn a few lessons, including the old lady who works in that store. Shame on you for letting her treat people like that and shame on you for your attitude and your festered personality. But have a nice day.

  Inspection means you inspect, you don't sell work. I am shocked with this behavior and how I was treated and steam rolled for a $425 inspection that wasn't even worth it. I think he put a total of 20 words on the document. The final being a "total renovation recommended". Ummm, the pool is in working order. He starts off by telling me it'll be 60k, and then oddly by the end I can do 2500 epoxy and it'll last 10.years. I just don't even know what to say. I was shocked with how loud, unprofessional and rude he was trying to push business. I do not believe he is actually certified in inspection, and I will be getting a 2nd opinion and refusing this $425 payment.

  They never completed the job, and seemed more interested in upselling me on things that I didn't need or which were not appropriate for my system. I wanted an expert that I could trust to provide quality service and sound advice not one that would take advantage of my lack of knowledge to pad their bottom line. This was not the company that I was looking for.
