  Technician Lisa arrived early, which was very convenient for me, she did an excellent job went around the whole house in the basement and was very thorough and friendly

  Lisa did a fantastic job. Explained what was happening at each stage. Even identified different species of my ant infestation, and described their behaviors in terms of what to be aware of in simple terms. Knowledge, skill, and customer care was top notch! First service for extermination, but this felt like a great experience and I will be evaluating the dollar value though, it seemed fair. Lets see if my bastard Ants come back in force or not ;)

  We've used Maple Lane for almost 30 years at our home and office. They always do a great job. We've been finding a lot of spiders this spring, so it was definitely time to call! Bill came out and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond to solve the problem. I can't recommend Maple Lane Pest Control enough.

  What can I say, we have used Maple Lane at my mother‘s house and called for spiders & ants at our new house . Lisa arrived a bit early & was super thorough and kind as she could be. Explained what was being done & Told us if we see any of the culprits To call back and they’ll come out again to treat the house. We’ve always had great experiences with Maple Lane & We won’t go anywhere else . This is one of the few companies that we’ve found that doesn’t make you sign a yearly contract that ends up being almost $2000 ! They’ll come as needed & that is a key selling point as in the past, one treatment from Maple Lane generally takes care of the problem . Thanks Lisa & Maple Lane !

  From the first phone call to the final treatment, the professionalism, knowledge, and care shown by this team is genuinely impressive. Lisa even made sure to protect the dog's sleeping area during spraying — that kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. Michael takes time to walk you through your problem and explain everything, Brian gives honest advice on keeping insects out long term, and Bill is friendly and patient even when your pup wants to help. Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM, Saturdays until noon — closed Sundays. For pest control in Warren and the surrounding area, Maple Lane is the call.
