Sales person Vince was very helpful in choosing a mattress however I was mislead and very disappointed when the old mattress was refused for removal. I made it very clear what my situation was. Now I have to wait for my credit. This is only the 2nd time I have done business GW. Won't be quick to return.

Recently bought two couches and two chairs from Jacob Carteright at the Warren store. Jacob was knowledgeable about their products, very helpful in showing us what we were looking for but didn't hang over us or push anything. A very good furniture shopping experience.

Seriously Disappointed. Outlet store has no phone contact. Seriously, NO PHONE. Its 2026 and I can't call the store? Spent 3 hours with customer service agents trying to talk to someone at the outlet store. Couldn't get connected, always "someone will call you back". When I finally got through after 3 hours, the Item had sold. Waste of my time.

I’m very disappointed with the delivery. Did you notice the scratches on the tables? Before delivering furniture to a customer, your team should carefully inspect everything to make sure it is in good condition. I paid for these items with my hard-earned money, and I expect to receive them in perfect condition—not damaged or scratched. This is not something I received for free, so I believe it is reasonable to expect proper quality and professional service. Honestly, I feel disrespected and very disappointed with this experience. I hope you take this seriously and provide a proper solution. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will have to mention this experience in my review.

Bought a mattress from this store, sales people were kinda pushy but that's normal for furniture shopping. What's NOT OK, is that they never mentioned financing through them means they're going to open a credit card in your name and put the purchase on that. Sales person never said credit card, he only said 0% apr financing. What normal person would expect that to mean they're going to open a 35% apr credit card in my name? I feel completely betrayed, I will never shop at this store again.
