  I went to Gardner White on 14 Mile Rd. after researching their website for a mattress . I was able to take a mattress with me, because I found a twin mattress that fit our needs in the clearance section. The bunky board was in stock, but had to be delivered, (or I could have driven to Auburn Hills). ‘In stock’ deliveries are made out of the Auburn Hills location. The delivery was made the following day by 9:00am. (Got lucky on the time). Jacob C. was helpful without being pushy. He listened to what I was looking for, offering options. When I’m ready for my FlexSteel living room furniture, I’ll look up Jacob C. again.

  I’m so disappointed with GW I don’t know where to begin. I ordered a bedroom set back in June 2026 they said it was on back order and would be available in August. It finally came in and I scheduled a delivery on that Wednesday they delivered it but the frame had broken and it would arrive that Sunday so my bed lay on my carpet for four days now here’s Sunday They found a temporary part so my mattress can go on my bed now I’m excited to get my bed all set up and pretty. I go into my bedroom to check on the progress and the delivery guys are ready to leave they tell me the two other parts are missing to put my headboard and footboard together and they don’t know when they will be available. This is truly unacceptable. I have called customer experience and spoke with four different service representative and they’re trying to help me all agree my purchase should not have been delivered out to me but only a manager can approved my request to return this horrible bedroom set and they want to charge me a 25% restocking fee for their foolishness. I have been waiting 48 hours to speak with a manager this is ridiculous. I just want GW to come pickup this bedroom set and take this purchase off my credit card. I will find another bedroom set someplace else. My lawyer is waiting to battle this out for me.

  We were met at the door by Sam. He answered some of our general questions and then pointed out certain areas we could look at for what we were shopping for. He gave us a lot of time to discuss things we were looking at amongst ourselves. He presented many of the benefits offered by Gardner White and the warranty associated to the items we were going to purchase. Sam was very helpful and offered a lot of suggestions. We will shop with Sam again.

  To start ,Great job from the salesman MAHBUBUR ( MOE ) RAHMAN professional and friendly 💥💥💥💥, MOE educated me about mattresses ,it's been many years ( 15 plus) since I purchased one. Thank you again MOE RAHMAN. The delivery technicians were great also 💥💥💥💥, very friendly and proficient ,I don't think they spent 4 minutes or so bringing in the new and taking out the old mattress. Great job👍👍. Thank you again!!!!
