    Ordered bed on Thursday white glove delivery for Friday, no one called to set up delivery, then they said Sunday. Guys came out running like they in a hurry to save a life cuz their on commission not hourly, they forgot three small legs. Instead of setting up the bed they took the end piece with them ensuring that we couldn't set up the bed then they didn't show up the next day then they said they'd be here between 9:00 and 12:00 on Wednesday still not here... Never received a call from customer service... Never again... Better to go to Bob's discount furniture I guess

    I will never purchase from here again and will advise anyone to never come here. The delivery experience was horrible. They kept rushing me to sign before I could fully inspect the furniture. They hire delivery drivers who will rush you to get out of there so they don't have to take it back. The couch has tears and scratches on it. I was told I could return if I have any issues as promised and disclosed by the salesman but then the customer service reps tell me I can't do that. This was my very first time making a major purchase from a furniture store and the experience from a company as large as Gardner white has be terrible. I told the salesman exactly what my situation is and that the furniture he wanted me to get might not fit. He swore up and down that I have 7 days to return it and then I am told otherwise when I speak with customer service. They have done nothing to make it right and I haven't heard back. The customer service representatives are not trained to handle their jobs either. Their response is to either argue why they are right or immediately transfer me to a number no one answers. Unless they're willing to make it right, I'm posting this review anywhere I can including all social media and will share this experience to everyone. This is a terrible client experience.

    I have been shopping at Gardner White since 2016, and I have always had a great experience. Suzanne Elia has been helping me for many years, and she is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. She takes the time to understand what I need and always gives great advice. Her taste and recommendations are excellent, and she always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. I recently purchased a “ Vixen 8-Piece Triple Power Reclining Sectional with 4 Recliners“ , and once again, Suzanne made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Suzanne, for all your help over the years!

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a year of trying to resolve a simple issue, I feel compelled to share my experience. Last year, I purchased an outdoor lounge set from this store. Unfortunately, one of the cushions arrived defective. While I was assured that a replacement would be provided, more than a year later I am still waiting. What has been most disappointing is not just the unresolved issue itself, but the complete lack of urgency shown throughout the process. I work hard for my money and expect to be able to enjoy the products I purchase. Instead, I have spent over a year following up on something that should have been handled promptly. The associates I spoke with were polite at times, but there was little follow-through and no apparent respect for my time. Each interaction left me feeling as though my concern was being pushed aside rather than actively addressed. A defective item can happen with any company. What truly defines customer service is how a business responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. After more than a year, I still do not have the replacement cushion I was promised. I hope this review encourages the company to improve its customer service and follow through on commitments made to customers. My response: I find it interesting that you're able to respond so promptly to a public review, yet I have spent nearly a year calling the store and following up about this issue with no meaningful action. It's disappointing to read that you have been "unable to locate my account" when I have repeatedly contacted your store regarding this exact matter. If there was truly a desire to resolve this, there have been countless opportunities to do so before I felt compelled to leave a public review. I sincerely hope you now follow through on your commitment and resolve this matter without any further delays.

    Well, what can I say? After being lied to so they could sell me a $12,000 living room set, trying to use the $1000 insurance policy they sold me to assure me that it would be covered if my puppy ate the cord, which she did, and they treated me like a liar when I told them that the salesman sold me Paws and claws policy”. According to them, that policy didn’t exist until 2 months later. So basically they told me I was getting one thing to sell me the policy when they actually sold me something else and wasn’t able to use it for the claim that I was told that I could use it for. So I needed a motor because my sofa was stuck open . I ordered the motor, after the run around , being stuck on hold in excess of 30+ minutes, paying for the motor to be shipped to my home, waiting 2 1/2, only for them to ship it to another city and then telling me to go get it from the other city (I paid for it to be shipped). Can’t get through to a manager, even after I was told someone would call me back within an hour, never did. Other reviews mentioned that they never got back their unused insurance money that they tell you you’ll get back if not used, I got news for you- after buying from this company for almost 40 years- you’re not gonna get it. I was told that so many times never received anything back. After all this aggravation, I finally received my motor the very next day. Interesting, after all this I haven’t received a call from a manager, supervisor or anyone regarding this matter and my first HONEST review has yet to be posted. Hmm . So if you want to deal with a company with no integrity and unfulfilled promises- go shopping at Gardiner White 👎👎👎👎
