  From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most aesthetically pleasing Gardner White we’ve ever seen. Moe, our salesman, immediately assessed us as well as Scott, the store manager introduced himself within minutes of our arrival ! Despite the store’s busyness, Scott made us feel like VIPs, even though we only purchased items from the clearance section. He went out of his way to ensure we felt special and valued. I’ve never encountered a sales team that had so much professionalism and friendliness. The entire atmosphere of the store was simply delightful. It genuinely seems employees enjoy their work, and I’m confident that they’ll continue to earn my business, as well as that of my family, as long as this location remains. Thank you once again, Scott and Moe. I anticipate our next visit will be soon!

  let me say the delivery crew here are the worst in any delivery business! NEVER have I see such incompetent workers. The assembled my couch and I repeat everything is loose and not clipped in. I had to redo everything they did! The white glove delivery is a joke and no one should ever pay for it! My mattress was delivered and set up UPSIDE down . it's a pillow top so why the hell is it upside down. I mentioned to the guys it's upside down as they were leaving, so they co.e back in and flipped it..now the writing is facing the wrong way. One would think after spending 2500 on a mattress you would present it with the writing and all the fancy mess of it so the customer could read it. ..now I have to flip and rotate it. I will NEVER recommend gardner white for anything.. shop elsewhere where and demand better service. I would return it!

  Extremely happy with my experience. It started with my sales woman, Erica. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find what turned out to be an excellent mattress within my budget. As a stomach sleeper with a bit of a belly, I don't think I've ever really had a mattress that was comfortable. I resigned myself to a life where I woke up and my back was always a bit sore. NOT ANYMORE!!!! The first morning after sleeping in this wonderful mattress, I felt like a new person! The second morning, I popped up out of bed, refreshed and no pain!! Also, the delivery guys were top notch. They introduced themselves, found out where we wanted it, and in a blink of an eye they had it upstairs, in position and I was signing for it. So glad I came in when I did, and grateful to Erica for finding me a mattress that matched my body type and sleep style. At every point, it was excellent service, delivered professionally and friendly. The next furniture I buy will definitely be from here, and hopefully with Erica's expertise!

  We are very disappointed with the delivery service today. The delivery team refused to bring the furniture upstairs and said the elevator was not big enough, even though we have had furniture delivered in the same elevator before without any issues. We asked them to at least try using the stairs, but they refused and said they do not use stairs for deliveries. In the end, they took the furniture back without making any real effort to complete the delivery. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and we are not satisfied with the service at all.

  OK, let me just say, as someone who has anxiety issues, I despise going into a store with sales people. Always feeling pressured, and uncomfortable as they follow you around is one of the main reasons that I don't buy new furniture from actual furniture stores. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and said we were just browsing, and were pretty much left alone, which I appreciate. When we found something that peeked our interest, the same salesman showed up. He brought over another Salesman and explained he was better to help us in the needs of what we were looking for. That salesman, Abeer, was awesome from the get-go! He explained the features, even checked the concerns of the features on the sofa/theater couch. Needless to say, we bought the couch and added a recliner. He was personable, patient and thorough. Given our experience today, we more than likely will be back.
