  I have an in-ground pool in a house recently purchased and wasn't sure what to do with it at the end of the season. It was easy to book a pool closing appointment and I had questions answered quickly and efficiently. The team showed up, called to let me know they were starting, did the work quickly, and called to let me know they were done. They were polite and did great work, I'd recommend them to others for sure.

  First, I would like to say that I’ve been dealing with Dan for a few years now, and I am quite upset with the service that I received recently with his pool service. I contacted Dan months ago about doing my pool liner, he gave me a quote, gave me a date and at his leisure decided he didn’t want to keep the appointment, he didn’t want to deal with sand bottom pools anymore I guess, from what I was told from his employees (Remind you he knew my pool was a sand bottom pool when accepting the job). Forget the fact that I’ve been dealing with Dan since he was with Dolphin pool service. I was a loyal customer who followed him once he opened up his own pool service. He didn’t even have the decency to call me himself or have anyone from the company call me to say hey we’re not going to be able to do the job. I went to his store almost three weeks ago and say hey, no one came out to do an actual measurement on the pool I know it takes a few weeks for the liner to come in, the worker says I will have Dan reach out to you, no one never did. So I decided to go in the store today in person again to say hey, what’s going on it’s a week before my install date. Then I was told he’s just not going to do it. Thanks for ruining my kids summer with the pool this year because bout time I find someone else to do it, the summer will basically be over. This is not how you treat loyal customers who followed you from one business to the next. I would’ve not been so upset if you had the decency to reach out and explain yourself, you could have a perfectly great explanation as to why you decided not to work on my pool, but your actions, and how you handle it is not how you grow as a business. I know that my one pool service will not hurt your business at all but you have lost a customer and anyone that I may have been willing to refer. I have referred a few customers to you because I thought you were a standup guy. DO GOOD GET GOOD. BE BLESSED!!!!!

  I had Dan out to close our pool after our first summer with it. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. He explained what to expect over winter and with the cover. Will be using his service for our pool from now on. Highly recommend!

  Danny is the best! He is professional, reliable and has never failed me in the 8 years he has been dealing with my pool. My daughter had her graduation party last year and I was starting to get anxious, when I called Dan he said I told you I got you and he did. When he means rain, snow or sunshine he means it! My pool is extremely finicky, and he always solves the issue. I trust no one but Dan with my pool.
