  I purchased refrigerator via ABC WAREHOUSE with a warranty thru Doc's Appliance. Don't use this company! I used their service for my refrigerator and been without light for 3 weeks and still counting. I will keep you up dated on how long it took just to get a light panel. This is their second time ordering this part because the technician who came out didn't fully check to make sure all lights were working. Of course, another panel needed to be ordered 🙄 got a call today on the day they were scheduled to come install oh we didn't get the part. Well guess what you knew that yesterday. Poor communication, and unprofessional.. I will go to ABC warehouse next to see if I cancel if my part isn't here in the next week......

  Called and asked to schedule a visit, my fridge had died, they said they didn’t have anything for over a week. I can understand that, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else because the fridge stopped working, the person on the phone said she doesn’t know what other companies have and hung up on me. I was just looking for help, wasn’t being rude, and I’ve used them before with no problem. That was terrible customer service and just a bad look.

  Really appreciate Erica and Kaitlin at Doc's office - they communicate well and are a great help when working through tough warranty issues. My customers like the Doc's technicians, and their repair work has always been reliable- working with them since 2022. Thanks for hanging in there with me, guys!

  I recently had my 9 year old KitchenAid combination wall oven/microwave unit serviced by Doc's Appliance and I couldn't be more impressed. Anthony was my technician and he was absolutely outstanding: meticulous, thorough, and highly skilled. He took the unit apart, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and had the part on hand to complete the repair in the same visit. The issue turned out to be a microwave door interlock switch, a small but critical component, and Anthony handled the entire repair with precision and professionalism. To replace this unit with a new one would have cost me about $4000, so Anthony's work saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend Doc's Appliance, and if you have the opportunity to work with Anthony, you're in very good hands!

  They came to fix my oven and washer. Both not fixed right and the Office Manager told me I have to pay $150 just for them to come look at it again? What? She was very rude then proceeded to tell me no one could come until. June 15. I can’t wait a week to do laundry and it’s you that didn’t fix my appliances correctly as both don’t work still!!!!!!! Also VERay overpriced. Over $700 to fix it and again still nothing is working correctly? After seeing the reviews I think it’s best I call the better business bureau !
