  I recently had my 9 year old KitchenAid combination wall oven/microwave unit serviced by Doc's Appliance and I couldn't be more impressed. Anthony was my technician and he was absolutely outstanding: meticulous, thorough, and highly skilled. He took the unit apart, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and had the part on hand to complete the repair in the same visit. The issue turned out to be a microwave door interlock switch, a small but critical component, and Anthony handled the entire repair with precision and professionalism. To replace this unit with a new one would have cost me about $4000, so Anthony's work saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend Doc's Appliance, and if you have the opportunity to work with Anthony, you're in very good hands!

  Anthony came to fix my refrigerator last week and today my freezer. Excellent service and Anthony is a great guy, my dog didn’t even bark at him. Great company to use for your appliance repair!

  They came to fix my oven and washer. Both not fixed right and the Office Manager told me I have to pay $150 just for them to come look at it again? What? She was very rude then proceeded to tell me no one could come until. June 15. I can’t wait a week to do laundry and it’s you that didn’t fix my appliances correctly as both don’t work still!!!!!!! Also VERay overpriced. Over $700 to fix it and again still nothing is working correctly? After seeing the reviews I think it’s best I call the better business bureau !

  Never followed up on whether parts were available for my older fridge, just wanted a phone call or email, never got after several requests.

  I give them a 2 star rating only because of their business practice. They charged half the total repair cost at the initial visit. Refused to break out the cost of the service call and diagnostic so I could decide if this was something that I could fix. I would give the final service tech a 5, as he was careful with my wood floor, courteous, and made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. I’ve never experienced a service that operated this way and when questioned it, I was told that’s how they have operated for years.
