I used their service for my refrigerator and been without light for 3 weeks and still counting. I will keep you up dated on how long it took just to get a light panel. This is their second time ordering this part because the technician who came out didn't fully check to make sure all lights were working. Of course, another panel needed to be ordered 🙄 got a call today on the day they were scheduled to come install oh we didn't get the part. Well guess what you knew that yesterday. Poor communication, and unprofessional.. I will go to ABC warehouse next to see if I cancel if my part isn't here in the next week......

I can understand that, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else because the fridge stopped working, the person on the phone said she doesn’t know what other companies have and hung up on me. I was just looking for help, wasn’t being rude, and I’ve used them before with no problem. That was terrible customer service and just a bad look.
