- GFGreg FMay 13, 20262.0I give them a 2 star rating only because of their business practice. They charged half the total repair cost at the initial visit. Refused to break out the cost of the service call and diagnostic so I could decide if this was something that I could fix. I would give the final service tech a 5, as he was careful with my wood floor, courteous, and made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. I’ve never experienced a service that operated this way and when questioned it, I was told that’s how they have operated for years.

He said he repaired it but upon using it the dryer is still not heating and still not drying the clothes. Called for another request and the person who answers the phone is rude and not understanding that an entire day of work had to be missed for this repair only for it not be repaired. Now another day of work has to be missed for them to come out and try again. They treat you more like an inconvenience than an actual paying customer.

They came back out and promised the fridge was fine, if not, we were to call them within 30 days. Since then we have had varying results until it recently got worse. We called back only to have them tell us that our warranty expired a week ago and we would be charged again to get it fixed. Disappointed with the service.
