  I have a LaZBoy recliner that is 20 years old and still looks good and works well, but this is no longer the LaZBoy of the past. We bought replacements for a 12 year old sofa and love seat (from another manufacturer) from LaZBoy about a year ago. In less than a year, the reclining mechanism on one sofa failed and the replacement showed more wear than the furniture we had before. They replaced it under warranty but they suggested we not get the same model and fabric. Their recommendations increased the cost by nearly 15% to get the level of fabric they suggested and a higher quality model. They charged this amount to the account I used for the first purchase, not the Amex I provided for this forced “upgrade.” We’ve had the new furniture for a couple months now and it’s very clear it is not any better quality. This wasn’t inexpensive furniture. With their sale price and “extra” discounts, two sofas came in over $9000. Unfortunately, price is not equal to quality. I’d recommend shopping for another brand.

  From the moment my husband and I entered the La-Z-Boy Troy store we felt at ease. We were not immediately pounced on or followed around. When Rebecca approached us she was friendly, patient and the Gold Standard of Sales Associates. She answered all our questions was very knowledgeable about the furniture and gave us numerous suggestions for what we were looking for. When we finally made our decision Becky was very thorough with operating instructions and how the delivery process should go. We will definitely return for another purchase and will be referring our family and friends to La-Z-Boy Troy. The added bonus was just how smoothly our delivery went with some not so ideal conditions at our condo complex. The men were outstanding and took care of every detail as if we were family…☺️

  Great well made furniture. I bought a new recliner couch that is super comfortable. The sals team was very professional showing me a number of options, styles and prices. I’d definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for chairs and couches.

  We had a wonderful sales experience. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable about all the features of the different Lazy Boy models and took the time to determine which features mattered most. She then gave us a few models to choose from. Sitting in my Lazy Boy writing this review and could not be happier.

  Not a fan at all. They’re fine in the store but as soon as you buy from them, they make you jump through so many hoops just to get what you ordered and then when it’s delivered incorrectly, it becomes your problem. They failed to put on the protection spray that we paid extra for and when we called La-Z-Boy, they pretty much told us it was either get a refund for the warranty or just deal with it. They weren’t willing to help us figure out a solution anyway. The manager I spoke to on the phone was very condescending. When speaking to me as if I was stupid. We ended up just getting the refund for the warranty because we figured if they couldn’t even help us with what we actually ordered there was no way they were going to help us if we had any issues. And even though we had moved over an hour away, they were still gonna make us strive all the way back to the Troy location to get the refund because it was over 30 days since the initial payment which was just absurd. She ended up making it seem like she was doing us a favor by speaking to her Accounting team for them to do the refund without going in the store. will not be going to La-Z-Boy again for any furniture.
