Every time we asked a question on where something was, they took the time to kindly explain and show us where it was😄 When we made it to checkout, our cashier was Nay. She was so sweet, funny, AND amazing at her job! I would 100% go back here for future crafts, birthday, & jewelry supplies.

I understand that there was a big sale, so there were very long lines, but when an employee waves you over from another register, making eye contact and being deliberate about it, they should serve you first, right? Not the other woman who shows up at the same time, right? You chose me to go first, not the other woman, and proceeded to look at me like you didn't know what I was talking about when the other woman began arguing with me that she should go first. I was about to be next in the line I was waiting at forever, and I left that very long line to go to this employee's line. I wasted half my day here waiting. Disrespectful employees. And when the other woman was insulting me and swearing at me, causing a scene, you didn't try to intervene and just let it happen. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Poor service, useless employees, and disrespectful atmosphere. Never coming back and telling others to not come here either. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I called regarding the beautifully lit fall trees and asked if there was any way that he could hold 2 of them for me as I live in Oxford and wouldn't be there until the next day. He took my name and told me that the trees would be there waiting for me. Thank you SO much Dionti for all of your help over the phone. I picked the pretty fall trees up today and I just love them!! 🍁🍂
