And you pay hell getting items back that go into repair one has been gone for 9 weeks and cant tell me any info on it the other i got a loaner that was previously used and now stuck paying for it as if it was my brand new one no adjustments seeing it was used and I cant even get the new one back claims it was my fault it broke that was proven wrong and now the excuse is its been to long so the swapped the agreement to the one I have now but then never lowered any of the price seeing it was already used I have no issue with the sales reps but the manager I do u dont treat ur customers the way he treated me I would never do that and I have worked customer service all my life

I have a beautiful, comfortable rocking chair and a couch. 2 new whirlpool washer and dryer as well. They are very helpful, persistent đ I paid off a computer years ago with them and for months they sent me mail, called me and would try and get me to rent more things. Business is business and loyalty is a true thing. They have a program to fix the things you rent from them while under contract still. So if something gets damaged while you are renting with them. - ZJZoe JohnsonFeb 21, 20261.0Called in to ask if they accept a lease as a proof of residency and the man in store asked me questions, when i would respond he would cut me off and three minutes into the call he hung up on me and told me to find a different store. I was told by a regional manager in my area to go in store and i wonât be retaliated against. I went in store with everything in hand and he started with âi belive we spoke earlier on the phone and couldnât finish our conversationâ i stated he hung up on me. he told me due to the way i communicate aaronâs will not work with me. i have actively communicated with his company almost everyday for two weeks over this stores treatment. told me he took my call, then told me his regional manager told him to hang up on me, then back tracked and said he didnât take the call. He then called me sir when iâm a biological female?? Donât shop here. Absolutely horrific, my grandmother who was with me has never been so horrified by customer service treatment.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
