  Horrible customer service and if I could give it less than 1 star I would originally called to get a pool liner replaced was told they call me back to schedule a tech to come inspect the pool never called back called again and scheduled one for a Wednesday but they never called and never showed I ended up calling them before they closed and apparently I wasnt in the system but someone called me back and scheduled one for Friday at 3:30. Friday comes around and heard nothing until 4 they didnt arrive until after 6 and started to inspect my pool equipment which they couldn't test without the pool being filled but I couldn't fill the pool until I got the liner done they were gonna leave until I mentioned that the whole reason I called them was to get measurements of the pool he kinda argued with me that getting the pool measured wasnt his job assignment for the day it was to inspect the pool equipment which I didnt want done yet he eventually measured the pool but didnt seem very happy about. Its been a couple weeks now I have called multiple times to get an update or even get the measurements of the pool and get it done else where but they ignore my calls and voices messages and just waisted my time and the 80 dollars I spent on the tech for nothing in return also apparently they only accept cash or checks kinda wish I knew that before hand too

  The process was so easy. They are very knowledgeable, took time to sit down with us, explain the process and materials they use and why before we decided. They are always responsive and the install was so fast, I couldn’t believe it.

  I did my homework searching for pool builders in my area. Mostly all the other local builders never got back with me, weren’t very excited to take my money, or i was going to be 2 years out on the time to build. I called Craig and Becky on a Monday and was invited to their house for a personal sit down to go over everything the next night!! It was a very personable experience! This is how they treat all of their potential customers. I was hesitant to go with any company honestly because it seems that every pool company has some sort of negative reviews. My experience with the entire perfect 10 team was extremely professional, low stress, always answering my questions before i even asked them, very skilled and knowledgeable, made me think i was making the right choices and WOW they are quick from start to finish! By the time they started the dig September 9th, my family and i were swimming September 18th. That’s impressive!! Thank you Perfect 10, what an awesome job you do!

  i just called Perfect 10 because their website says they build pools, do pool maintenance, and have a store in which they sell products. I called to inquire where they are because I don't recall seeing their store in the area. They lady answered the phone and said someome messed with her website, and that they don't have a store, they are only a pool contractor. A dog was barking, she started talking about something she found on the carpet to someone else in the room. She then said "thank you, gotta go"...click, hangs up on me. Well, I guess my further questions about pool construction and pool maintenance will have to be answered by a more professional company who might appreciate my business. Just bizarre.
