  This store has a nice selection of yarn and a wide variety of crafting supplies, so I like what they carry. However, the customer service needs major improvement. Employees are often unapproachable, don’t socialize, and it’s hard to find help. I had trouble getting staff to communicate about in-store orders—they promised follow-up that never happened. When I returned an online order that was incorrect, I only received a refund for the product, not the tax or shipping/handling. For friendlier service and better customer communication, and better customer service, I prefer Michael’s.

  Vela and Gabrielle are the most helpful employees here they're amazing and always do their best to help all the customers 🙌🏼 Even when they used to work at the old Joann in Allen Park they were so helpful and kind 💯
