The gentleman was very polite and willing to answer all our questions. He did a very professional job. Wife laughed he got out a spot others said could not be removed. Very satisfied with there service, will have the back and recommend to others.

Unfortunately staff was not available to come back out to re-clean the carpet, so the owner have us a full refund, no questions asked. We will give the company another try in the future because of the owner and her gratitude
