- AFandrea feurtado4 days ago2.0Telegraph location was a littler better associate not so friendly but atleast solved the issue. Experience on Eureka was terrible they were very unhelpful when there was a problem with delivery. Katrina in customer service was super unhelpful and said my problem was between me and the sales associate. Went in person to Eureka and both ladies at customer service desk were not helpful on two different days. I have always had a great experience with Gardner white but this last purchase I had a whole different experience and unfortunately may determine if I come back to Gardner white for my next purchase.
