The positivity and help I received from Ira was incredibly lifting. Sometimes you don’t know what a smile and kindness will do to someone or what they are going through. I will be back in to shop with Ira who was positively amazing! Thank you for all your help and positivity!

Cole and Rick was amazing as for as listening to what I wanted in the small space and topped off with great rugs. We will be back to Taylor store and Ohio

Sarah was especially knowledgeable about bedroom furniture and broke down all the information and options for me in a way that left me satisfied with my understanding. Everyone in the store was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to others

He was empathetic to my situation of why I was there and helped me in every way he possibly could and was upfront with me which i highly appreciated. Sometimes sales people don't always feel like a human bevause they just want the sale, and he very much acted like a sympathetic person who really did want to help. I would recommend Donn to anyone. I needed a bed and I have scoliosis and as much as the expensive beds are comfortable, they just weren't in my budget. Instead I walked out with something I never thought I would have and I am extremely excited for me to use my new bed.
- MPMaria ProffittJun 26, 20261.0Wow! I bought a 7000 dollar couch and love seat about a year and a half ago, all usb ports have failed because of the flawed design on the maverick couches. Don't buy them or the warranty that gardner white sells. 2 months for a technician to even come out to verify that usb ports not working took the same pictures I submitted then apparently they are going to send out the parts then I have to call them again for another technician to come out and install so probably a total of 4 or 5 months to get warranty work done. Ontop of that, the warranty company wont fix the zipper that has been flawed from the start and just unzips itself. Sad such a profitable business gives such crappy service to their good paying clients. Wont ever be back to purchase anything from gardner white
