We had a situation with our storage unit at Extra Space Storage on Ecorse Rd in Taylor, and Andy went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, understanding, and did everything he could to find a solution and help us out.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and we really appreciate all of his effort and kindness. Thank you, Andy, for doing your best to work with us and make a stressful situation a little easier!

Andy was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, helpful, and has an awesome personality. He made the whole experience of renting a storage unit pleasant and easy.
The only thing I think would make the experience even better is if Andy didn’t have to walk back and forth from the building to the storage units. He never complained, and it’s only a short walk, but I honestly felt bad seeing him have to do all that extra walking while working.
All in all, Andy was great, and I had a fantastic experience renting from Extra Space Storage. The storage facility was also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend them!
