  Service was outstanding. Each choice was explained in detail. There was no "hard" sell, just competence and carefully listening and evaluation by the staff. Everything was quick and efficient, and delivery and set up amazing.

  Fantastic experience at La-Z-Boy Sterling Heights I recently visited the La-Z-Boy in Sterling Heights, MI, looking for a sectional and some help with living room design, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Fibyana, our sales representative, was incredibly welcoming and laid-back from the moment we walked in. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and asked thoughtful questions to help us pick the right configuration and size — without being pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable about the products and respected our budget. She was also easy to reach for any follow-up questions we had afterward. Emily, the designer, helped us with color and fabric selection, layout planning, and even coffee table shapes. She offered great suggestions that matched our taste and genuinely tried to help us save money where she could. Her attention to detail was excellent and she helped us think through things we hadn’t considered. The store itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to browse. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with no hiccups at all. I’d absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.   Still waiting for delivery, so can't comment on that. Purchased 2 chairs. Wanted swivel added to one of them. At end of transaction I was informed that the hardware was out of stock and would need to wait an additional 2-3weeks. Since you do everything from 1 warehouse I don't understand why you can't stock basic items like swivel base.

  I felt like full transparency did not happen. I wasn't told that delivery and the lux furniture care kit came with a fee. Found out when received my email receipt. To spend that much money and still need to pay for delivery, amazing. What happend to make the customer happy and well informed.
