  The owner/technician went out of his way to make sure that we could get the parts we needed for our unique circumstance. He also made sure that I knew how to proceed. Highly recommend this knowledgable, courteous and caring business for parts, service and repairs!

  Edit: warranty department had go find some place else due them starting job not wanting to follow through. It was a "easy" fix that another service co fixed under 20 minutes and was professional and clarified unlike this company what was going on. Please go elsewhere if able. Customer service is terrible. They dont give you full details on your repair. I never had a dryer break. Technician was ok but didn't give all the information if we could use it,didn't tell us he unplugged it. Tried calling receptionist was very unprofessional when we started questioning them,placing blame on us. Thankfully, I followed through and know enough to with all companies businesses these days. They didn't and choose not to continue our service at our home. I followed through bc they refused to take my call. Warranty center was awesome though helping us rectify this situation. If I didn't call,Longton certainly wouldn't have. You may not like your customers but that's not how you should represent the company that you work for. Especially since you are the "experts" not poor customers trying get their appliances fixed.

  Dave did a great job diagnosing my 8 year washing machine’s problem. Wasn’t good news and the washer died. Dave did everything he could and I appreciated his effort and knowledge. Will use Longton again in the future.

  Was always afraid to leave a review. They come off as very spiteful. The building i moved into was in poor condition and had a contract with this company. The amount of times ive begged for a different company is insane. The person consistently would come out and find a way to blame me for everything happening. Seal on old fridge broken from before i got there? Stop slamming the door so hard. Dish washer giving issues? You HAVE to be putting straight dish soap in there. They came by one day and needed to use the plunger for basement work. Seen someone was in the bathroom for not 2 mins and stormed out to reschedule. I also see they leave nasty responses to poor reviews (as is the professional thing to do for a company 🙄) Im unsure how the rating on this place is so high. I can only imagine out of fear of backlash Edit : looking me up after writing a review definitely justifies the retaliation worries i had.
