Buyer beware this employee name is (Jayla) was very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful and was raising her voice she lied that she was the store manager which is not true she refused to price match first alert smoke and carbon monoxide alarm even though I showed her the proof model number and item number matching with Lowes from home depot Walmart and amazon then the real store manager came when the other store employee called him and he came and did the price match right away i will be calling corporate to report her this happened june-23-26

Also a long time customer. Other than not being able to find assistance at this location when I need it, my complaint is that I had a garage door opener installed recently through a Lowe’s outside third party company. And would you believe that this tech/installer stole my light bulb. Lol. My old garage door opener housed two bulbs so upon removing the old unit, he secretly took my second LED light bulb specifically for the garage. After the installation, the guy said, (his words) “oh, wait. I just had your other light bulb. Um, I don’t know where I put it.” Then he started checking his pockets. Really man, his pockets? SMH. Then he proceeds to check around my garage for it including the box that the new opener came in. Then he went to his truck, came back and said, “I don’t think I put it in my truck” all while still feeling over his shirt and the pockets of his shorts like he missed it the first time he checked. My friend said, that’s what they do. Take or keep parts that will serve them in the future. Some, not all.

I spend thousands of dollars every month as a contractor at Lowe’s. I’ve never asked for any replacement on products before. I purchases the Lowe’s Masterforge canopy 1wx12 (which I’ve bought many of and I like them) I set it up and anchor it to the ground with 16” corkscrew anchors like I always do. The next day after a light rain at night I came back and the canopy was collapsed. I had the SAME exact canopy set up next to it that was fine when I came back. I asked for a product replacement and was told tough luck basically. You’d think they would take care of customers who give them good business. I’ll be shopping elsewhere now.

Picking up pre-ordered items here is a nightmare these guys take forever. Walk around five or six deep acting like they’re trying to avoid working. Load every item every truck or car super slow. You can be here waiting an hour to pick up a few items. It’s ridiculous. Lowe’s you must do better.

The worst experience I have ever had. This is what their delivery company does the second cost to install washer dryer. Had to have a private co come out and finish what they should have done Then they do this I asked them since they can’t install the new washer could you swap the old one out and put the new one in place while I find someone to install it. They say yes and they don’t do anything. My salesperson Alana made sure nothing was done right. So mad I went to Lowe’s on telegraph in Southfield. Will never go back. This is my kitchen after spending a few thousand dollars. Had to have my dryer installed privately after paying them to do it and now I have to have my washing machine installed privately after paying them to do it They do this Leave both washing mashings in the kitchen. Great. Never go back. Terrible customer service! Also, the stove I ordered came dented. #neverlowes #lowessucks #dontshoplowes
