  Charlie and Ann are great to work with and the store had lots of good looking furniture. We had been to a lot of furniture stores that day but Gardner White stood out from the rest.

  I will never again buy from Gardner white….at least this location. They do not care about their customers. I walked my salesman to the floor model and told him this is exactly what i want just flip the direction of the end pieces. As the customer i trusted the knowledge of the salesman and since i showed him exactly what i wanted i figured i would get it. I did not count the number of pieces on the floor model (i will take that accountability) but i did not think i needed to if i showed him the exact setup i wanted. The couch was delivered and it was not like it was in store and i was basically told “well you said ok when i ordered it” and now yo get the setup i showed him initially they are telling me well just pay for another piece or we can come get it and you lose $1000. So its all a money grab and the customer is on the losing end. I spoke to management and they said “thats just how it is”. The store manager didn’t even offer to talk to me by the way. She just sat there on the computer while i was in the store trying to fet this rectified for an hr. I will not be back
