  A good day, me and my husband got out work early, and decided to drop in! We seen a flier of Garden white and liked a sectional, but turned out too small! After looking through the store which was very organized with sectionals together in sets! We fell in love with a large sectional and it was on clearance, we brought it on the spot yay, I'm so excited, were even getting it delivered tomorrow 😄

  Amazing experience overall. I came in to find a couch and was immediately impressed with both of the salespeople I interacted with. They were so supportive and helpful, but I never felt pressured to purchase. Diane explained warranties and delivery options very clearly so I felt confident about my purchase. The delivery experience couldn't have gone more smoothly.

  My recent visit to and my mattress purchase from the Southfield Gardner White store far exceeded my expectations! So, I needed a mattress, headboard and frame....fast! I decided to go to the closet furniture store near me and was partnered with Gina B. I immediately explained to her that my sister was coming for a visit and I needed to get a bedroom ready. She was professional in manner, dress and smile. She met every question I posed with a depth of knowledge that left me fully informed. After I made my choices, Gina B. had the items delivered and assemble the very next day. Last, after sleeping on the new mattress, my sister was well-pleased with how comfortable she slept. she stated, "I'm going to take a picture of the mattress label so that I can find this very mattress when I return home!" That one sentence alone proves that I had made a great purchase and had far exceeded my expectations. Noteworthy is that I returned to the store to get a matter concerning my purchase corrected and the manager on duty was happy to oblige. Thank you!! Thank you Gardner White and Gina B. for helping me to make things perfect for my sister!!

  My fiancé and I walked in one Monday and were greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful salesman. Tahj (sorry if that's mispelled) made the experience of picking out our next matress easy and fun. We came in kind of knowing what we wanted and left feeling certain we made the right choice. He informed us of all we needed to know and gave us space when he knew we needed time to deliberate amongst ourselves. The store was great and we'd both highly recommend anyone needing a new matress to go see Tahj!

  Don’t buy the mattress protector, it’s a scam!to get more money from the customer!!! On July 4th, I purchased a mattress and mattress protector from sales Representative, DIANE DEMYANOVICH, the cost of the bed was 700.00 and the mattress protector was 100.00 and now the mattress protector feels like plastic while sleeping or lying on it!! I called Gardner White to exchange the mattress protector since it is part of the warranty. And Now the sales Representative says that they can’t exchange the mattress protector, since I’ve used it! And if I want a better one , I would have to purchase a new one. How is it that I have to purchase a new mattress protector since this one doesn’t feel right. But it’s part of the warranty of the mattress. This is an unfair practice that Gardner White needs to change! What a scam!
