  Mike the Sales Manager is awesome. He really help my husband and I make a great decision on an investment of a king size bed with the remote control frame. This is exactly what we needed considering that we both have problems with our back. On top of that it was extremely hot today and he made sure we stayed hydrated by giving us complementary cold water. Thanks for the great customer service Mike!

  Working with Darryl at the Southfield location was awesome! He did an excellent job of checking in with us without pouncing on us while we shopped. We even came in 3 times to finally decide and he was the right mix of answering questions and showing us our options and letting us look at our own pace. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for new pieces for their home!

  Yesterday I was assisted by Tajh Pelzer who was very kind and helpful about finding the inventory in the store that I had already selected online. Before purchasing I let Tajh know that the delivery needed to go to my back door to support 1- my disability and 2- access to my home. I was shocked that the drivers just placed the items on my front porch. Did not let me know when they arrived, just placed the items in the wrong place open to the public after very heavy rain totally exposed. I would never come back here! Bad business! Tajh never even put a note in the comment section for me. Horrible, Tajh

  I wish I could give 10 stars ❤️!! I was in and out fast , I felt like I knew my salesman for years!! Darryl D was very professional, friendly but not over the top, he kept it business and I loved that!!! Customer service in many places has gone down hill but I can say , not here. He was a great salesman and he’s the type of person who should train people how to treat customers! I will definitely be back for my home needs! Thanks Darryl D!
