  I had a very satisfying experience. I was able to fulfill my goal of purchasing arecliner chsir for myself . Mr. Charles Divkerson provided excellent professional service. He showed me reasonable options, that allowed me to make a wise choice that satisfies my need.

  Worst experience ever. My delivery was scheduled for today May, 13th after 4 PM, and they delivered it to the wrong address. (previous delivery address) which Darryl never confirmed. Darryl stated that I would receive a call when they were on the way, but no one called. The delivery department states there no number on file. Really Darryl?? Now I have to wait until tomorrow, May 14th same delivery window, to receive my order. Completely unprofessional service. Shame on Gardner White salesperson for not ensuring all the delivery and contact information was correct, just securing their commission. DARRYL!!
