- JMJonathan Miller (Midside Mafia)Sep 17, 20241.0Don't ever make the same mistake that I made by switching to dte for natural gas. Dte left my yard messed up so bad that when I was push mowing my yard, it not only destroyed the blade but totally destroyed my lawnmower.

Then I called Dre and they have no record of number or calls made to me by them. Not real. Fake fake fake don't give them your money will be calling the local police to have them check thit place out. Dte doesn't have any "headquarters" in six lakes , mi.

Terrible attitudes and almost no information on my situation from customer service to management. Terrible technical and billing support as well; would have to repeat my situation and information to every single rep I spoke with. Tried billing me for wrong address for over a month, blamed issues in their billing department and promised a month till a new bill would be issued. 4 days later I receive a bill larger then the first they insisted I pay due in two weeks... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
