  Sha was exceptional. This gentleman went above and beyond showing us the mattresses we were interested in. He took in our input and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Thanks again for your kindness and patience. We got the mattress today (king tempurpedic mattress, free pillows, a cooling blanket, and a mattresss cover- gift cards coming as well). The mattress is perfect. We love it. I haven’t slept this well in ages. Thanks again

  First time shopping at a Gardner White store and I had the BEST sales associate — Ali Omar! Ali was *extremely* knowledgeable and took the time to show me all of my options based on what I was looking for. He provided thorough information about the furniture, pricing, financing options, protection plan and delivery. He was also very patient and understanding throughout the process, especially while making such a large purchase. Ali absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m posting this as a 4-star review for Gardner White overall because my only negative was the price. I shopped during the Labor Day Sale, and my purchase was still over my budget. That said, I was very impressed with their amazing return policy with delivered items. Overall, a great experience, and I would 💯 definitely recommend asking for Ali if you shop at Gardner White!

  I’m leary of salespeople wanting to sell me their top product. However, I met with Ali, and he spent some time with me looking for the perfect mattress. I’m so sorry I forgot my sale paper at home and didn’t have my ‘backup’ for my inquiries. I do feel he led me to the higher cost items, but I did want a good mattress for my aging body. I hope I made a good choice.

  We were greeted immediately by an associate, Nawar. Once we explained what we were looking for, he was extremely knowledgeable and showed us our options. I am satisfied with his ability to show us options without wasting our time by showing us other options. We ordered a couch that we love! Than you Nawar!

  Went in looking for a sofa for my small apartment, and Jose wasted no time showing me all the options that made sense for me. He listened to all of my requests and never pushed me to get anything that didn’t meet my needs. When I come back for more furniture in the future, I’ll be sure to ask for Jose!
