  Was referred to use a guy named Keith super cool nice was excited to work with him. But since he was busy I understand got passed along to Stephanie. She was nice at first gave us some space to walk the showroom but when we bundled everything up delivery was for free discounts were applied because we had a mattress on. But we decided to not do the mattress and look elsewhere. Seemed like her mood shifted discounts were removed delivery fee was then charged. So all in all not the best experience didn’t feel like we got a good deal. I would have loved to keep the products we got but never got like a retention call or a follow up on anything

  It seems today times everything changing for the worse! I purchased 2 recliners and I didn't receive any discounts. The salesman mention that delivery was free, but as i remember in the past when I purchased furniture it was part of the deal. Unless I am buying something small or doesn't match the same value as a bigger item then its obvious I don't need any delivery. Throughout the entire transaction it was very cold situation! Including the lady that process the order. Not very friendly. It's a far cry from the past.

  I went in to look for a recliner and was greeted with very friendly people. My sweet sales lady, Brianna. She had to step away for a bit and I found a chair I loved! I met Mo and he was so wonderful! Due to my husband's passing and my circumstance, he was able to assist me with a great delivery discount!!!!! I was so excited and very touched. Mo went above and beyond for me!!!! I'll definitely be back to see Mo and gardener White again!!!!!

  I bought a very expensive sectional from Gardner White about two years ago. All of the fabric on the couch is piling and the fabric is balling up. The couch looks like it is over 15 years old and we’ve barely had it for two years. I purchased the extended warranty and paid extra however, after talking to the warranty company, they don’t cover “wear and tear”. That was not fully communicated when I bought the warranty and I was under the impression the extended warranty covered everything. I talked to the customer service desk who just told me there was nothing we could do. My inexpensive couch from Amazon that I bought at the same time looks 100 times better than the one I paid for from Gardner White. The quality and customer service was not good and I am disappointed.

  I tried to look at furniture not knowing what I wanted. Other than a queen sized bed frame. After time the salesman, I didn't know what I wanted, I needed to look at things to figure out what I want. He, and five of his fellow salesman made absolutely positive, that I wouldn't be allowed to figure it out on my own. They had to let me know they could get it in any color they could get it in any size they could deliver it, they would take the old stuff away, everything that I already knew. But not given the time to find it myself. Needless to say, I walked out and bought everything. I needed on amazon. You know, the computer where nobody was bothering me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted.
