  I recently bought a new mattress from Gardner White. My experience was awesome! I was greeted by José when I entered the building he was very friendly and professional. He showed me king size mattresses that were in my budget and we found the perfect match! I am very happy with my purchase and I will be returning to do more business in the future! Definitely shop with José when you go to Gardner White!

  Met salesman Ali at the door. He was relaxed, and low key, we explained what we needed, a new mattress, and possibly a new bedroom set. Ours is 41 years old and poor quality. Spent ample time helping us pick a mattress and was very knowledgeable about the choices and the good and bad, depending on sleeping styles, body types. Ended up with a great mattress and a beautiful bedroom set. When we do our kitchen set next I WILL as for him. Great experience Carl and Janine

  I bought two recliners both came damaged. Then bought a couch that came demanded as well. They mailed the material to fix the couch to the wrong address. Came to pick my couch up to fix stated they had a recliner to pick up (mind you the recliner is at a different address). I told the lady on the phone they are coming to this address to get my couch yet they still marked the wrong thing. The delivery drivers would not take the couch and said I have to call and figure it out!!! When it was their mistake. Mind you why did a $2000 couch break after a month. And they delivered it with damage on it. 0/10 DO NOT SHOP HERE. BAD QUALITY FURNITURE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  DJ at Gardner White provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured while I was choosing a sectional and dining room table. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find pieces that fit exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out. If you’re shopping at Gardner White, I highly recommend asking for DJ—you’ll be in great hands.
