  Another great experience with AMJ Electronics! Both my wife and I have hearing aids. When we purchased them, we also opted for the TV adaptor so we could get the sound directly into the hearing aids to eliminate the "I didn't hear that" and the close captioning. However, we were never pleased with the quality. We spoke with Mike at AMJ and asked if there was something else we could do to improve this. Since Mike recently updated our Sonos system operating throughout our home, he indicated that we should consider a Sonos sound bar for our TV since he received positive feedback from other customers in the same situation. Supposedly, the Sonos soundbar, unlike others on the market, is not passive, and the one he recommended had 13 speakers and could be connected directly to the TV to obtain better directionality. Based on our prior excellent results with Mike, we decided to go with his suggestion, and had AMJ install the Sonos soundbar. Before even trying the hearing aid TV adaptor with it, we just used the soundbar alone, and it was evident that the sound was clear and distinct and we did not need the TV adaptor at all. We were obviously very pleased to eliminate the adaptor and being able to use the TV with the Sonos soundbar alone with only our hearing aids! We were able to eliminate one component and, for the most part, bypass close captions. This was still another great experience with AMJ and Mike, who came up with a solution for us that was just what we were hoping for. We highly recommend contacting AMJ to work with you to evaluate your home sound system, especially if you have hearing aids!

  Mike and his dad were extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Mike made some great suggestions based on my ideas and was able to complete the project for less than I originally anticipated and faster. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them again in the future.

  Our home audio system needed a lot of upgrade work. Mike did an outstanding job in getting the sound system up and running again, including reworking our SONOS system, ensuring all of the latest updates were installed, and making it easier to understand so we could use 100% of its capabilities. Mike also rewired some of our auxiliary equipment to improve compatibility and ease of use compared to what had been set up by the previous installers. Mike arrived on time, was friendly and personable, and great to work with. He listened carefully to the issues we were having, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the equipment we had, plus experience with very complex audio systems. In addition, AMJ's pricing was fair and very reasonable compared to other companies we used in the past. We highly recommend Mike and AMJ and will definitely use them for any future needs or projects.

  Mike from AMJ Electronics was beyond knowledgeable and helpful and so honest!!! I’m so thankful I had him come out. He quickly figured out how to relocate my ethernet/modem setup from my living room where it was an eyesore to look at and into another area of the house using an existing cable outlet there. Another company told me the job would require cutting holes in the basement and other parts of the house to run new wiring because the other cable outlet wouldn’t work since they weren’t sure where the existing wiring went (its located on the 2nd floor of the house). But Mike proved that wasn’t true and got everything connected perfectly in like 10 mins with no damage or unnecessary work. Something I wasn’t even expecting!! I already have wifi boosters so wifi connection is solid throughout the house! I just wanted it out of the living room. I HIGHLY recommend Mike from AMJ Electronics if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t overcomplicate the job :) you won’t regret it!
