  We've purchased several bushes and trees from here through the years. All have done fine except for the Dogwood we bought in May 2022 has had curled leaves and started having dead branches within weeks after this company planted the tree. We contacted KBK and someone come out and look at the tree. We were told it was fine. We thought possibly since it was a larger tree just needed to adjust. Year after year this tree has looked worse and year after year, I have contacted them. I kept being told to use different fertilizers to water more often ALL of which I did. When I contacted them in June 2026 | was pretty much told the same thing again. And result was I was told it is a perfectly healthy tree. Take a look for yourself. It is not! In hindsight, I should've fought more during the warranty period for them to replace the tree. I would advise caution to anyone purchasing from this company. Update: I went to their website as directed in the owner’s response. I filled out the Contact Us form described the issue, referenced the review and provided phone number and email. It’s been over a week and no response. Yet another example and disappointment.

  My husband and I went there looking for a Magnolia Tree and Rose Bushes. I forget the guy’s name that helped us but, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely would recommend getting your garden needs from this place. The prices are very reasonable.
