I ordered storm doors to be installed at my parents home. I finally heard from the installation company 6 weeks later. I was originally told I would hear from a subcontractors company in 3 to 5 days Lowe's I understand you switched companies around the same time I ordered. Definitely not a seamless transition. I doubt I will come back to your store. The only thing good I can say is the associates were nice. Everything else about this experience sucked.

Would give 5 stars but they are self check out. I don't do self check out. I support jobs. I guess I will have no choice but to shop at Mernards. Very disappointed Lowe's. Your employees are great and always so helpful. But I will not support self check out.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Saginaw Lowe’s!
An employee at the store told me I had to order the item I wanted online even though the website said there are 5 available in the store and it was available for store pickup. So I ordered it online while in the store and was supposed to get free same day shipping. Then I was told to go to customer service to make sure they had the item because the original employee couldn’t find it. I stood in line and when I was able to get assistance I was told to go down a certain aisle, which was a wild goose chase. When I went back to customer service, I had to stand in line again. Then another person at the customer service finally became available and I had to explain the situation once again. Then that person spent a very long time trying to locate the item while helping other people in line, which was another 30 minutes or so. They were finally able to find the item and had it brought up. I expected I could then pick up my order and was told I cannot do that.
They told me they have to charge my card again and then cancel my order. What the heck?! I did as directed. I then went home and was getting notifications that my order was being delivered! I was literally sitting on my porch around 6:15pm when I received a text telling me it was delivered, which was certainly not the case! I called the store immediately and after about an hour of getting nowhere I asked to speak to the manager. After another 30 minutes or so I finally spoke to the manager. I explained everything to him and he said he will call me back, which he never did. I called back around 9pm. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged again and the picture of the delivery was the Lowe’s storefront! After discussing the situation with the same customer service person she tells me they use Door Dash and I cannot get a refund or the item that was never delivered until Door Dash refunds the money to them! Seriously?! I purchased the item on the Lowe’s website not through Door Dash! I looked up the regional manager’s number who is a man named Willie. I called the number provided and it is disconnected! Wow! Now I have to try to call customer service to get my money back! Needless to say, I will not be shopping there again… ever!
