  This store is the best store to shop for furniture. The people are amazing and go out of there way to help. I will continue to shop here and only here. Such a wide variety and really hard to pick one item. You can shop around for hours and enjoy every minute. A must go to store. Diana Bayn from Merrill Michigan.

  My wife and sons came in a few weeks ago and did all the legwork, so when I came in, I already knew what they had picked out. I looked everything over, asked my wife a few questions about what she wanted for the house, and somehow we ended up picking an entirely different set. The whole process was easy and relaxed. I really appreciated being able to look around, talk things over with my wife, and make a decision without having a salesman breathing down my neck or pressuring us into anything. Great experience all around. They made everything simple, gave us the space we needed, and we walked out happy with what we picked.

  We shopped at the Saginaw store today and though Julian our salesman was great the store manager was far from professional. After purchasing a king size mattress we were on our way out when we saw a lamp on sale for $25, we also spotted 2 more of the same exact lamp and asked if we could purchase all 3 at that price, Julian said it was the only one marked down so we asked to check with the manager and he pointed him out to us. When we asked about 2 more the manager said no those were $329 each and had to stay where they were at as part of the floor plan of the store! He came across very rude and didn’t seem to care whether we purchased anything or not. It seems that if you are a manager of a store you should have better customer service.

  Jacob Bell provided exceptional customer service. I was quite a distance away, and he made shopping for a sofa feel as though I were right there in the store. He went above and beyond by providing detailed videos, answering all of my questions, and personally walking me through the entire process. His communication, patience, and willingness to help made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the level of service he provided and would highly recommend working with Jacob!”

  Celeste did an outstanding job assisting us. She listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She even negotiated a fantastic, budget-friendly price and guided us seamlessly through the financing process. Additionally, the gentlemen who loaded our items were incredibly helpful and handled the furniture with great care, which we deeply appreciated. As a returning customer, I continue to be impressed and will absolutely be back in the future.
