  Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. We paid cash for our furniture. May 17th 2026. We were promised a delivery in 5 to 7 days. Today is July 17th 2026 and we still do not have our furniture. Every time we call we get told a different excuse and a different delivery date. Today they are now telling us it could possibly be delivered by the end of September. Each person we talk to acts like it isn't a big deal. We got rid of our furniture to make room for new furniture so we are trying to live without furniture because of this incompetent store. Unbelievable. Update 7-18-26 We went to the store to meet with the manager, Everett. He wasn't any help whatsoever. We asked why they sold us something they don't have. He said he nor his staff can see what the current inventory is on any item so there is always that risk. He said he can see the item we purchased is at the warehouse but he's not sure if that one is ours or someone else's. Yes both statements contradict themselves so thats just more lies and deception. We requested a refund. Oh we can do that Everett said but he can't do anything until Monday. He said we will get an email on Monday with our refund information and then we will receive a check in about 15 days. So apparently email doesn't work on Saturday? Refunds can't be issued on Saturday? But they can take your money on Saturday. Hard to believe this place is in business. How can a business sell items and take payment for items they do not have yet give promises of delivery. I recommend going anywhere besides here to purchase your furniture.

  I I purchased a sectional in December 2026. This was the worst thing that I could've done I pay $1800 for it. It's peeling really bad. It started doing that in May. I notify the store and told them about the furniture. They told me that they could not do Anything about it Because floor samples doesn't come with a warranty I have three autistic children that have to Continuing sitting on this furniture because I cannot afford to buy any new furniture ,When you are buying furniture, please do not let the seller pressure you into buying something that you really do not want

  Great experience the other night. Walked in the door one late evening after work, taxed with finding an immediate solution to clothing storage problem in my daughter's room, after a disappointing Amazon attempt at the solution (facing a return bill twice as much as the purchase price), with this being our second furniture stop (most stores in the area closed before 6pm week days (bankers hours, don't get me started...), and, to our amazement, you guys had something reasonably priced that gets the job done. The person we worked with was great! Answered all our questions and then some, and worked with us to get us several months interested free financing. I'm looking forward to receiving the on a couple days, and I could not ask for a better experience. This is the type of shopping experience that makes people prop the establishment, and, more importantly, well be back fm the next time we need something! Great job everyone. Thank you for within evenings and training care of us! -Mark

  What an incredible experience shopping here today!! I worked with Deon and he was great! His product knowledge was impressive and his friendliness was unmatched! Deon helped me pick out a living room set and a new mattress comfortably and without any high pressure sales tactics. He took time when needed and gave me a bit of space when I needed to browes. I will be buying all my furniture from Deon and Garner White from here on. Thank you for a truly blessed day!

  I tried for two day to order a living room ser online. I tried different browsers and devices. It kept giving me an error message ever single time. Day two i was receiving automated texts from AI with no real response of what the issue was or how to fix it. Day three, I decided I was going to go into the shop in Midland MI. On the website, it states they open at 10. The sticker with the hours on it states they open at 11. They only have mattresses in store and no furniture. Since I arrived at 10:03 and they only have mattresses and open at 11, I went to the Saginaw store. I was immediately greeted by Kay C. She was amazing and helped me get exactly what I wanted to order. I highly recommend her as a sales person, but can't say Gardner White cares about their customers or had a real person address the issue of why my online purchase would not go through.
