    I was very disappointed with my visit yesterday to At Home in Saginaw. There were 4 or 5 items that I was interested in and also several things that my mom was interested in but they intentionally were not priced. It was not one item that was not priced it was entire groups of items throughout the store. This has NEVER been an issue before. Apparently the store is following the same trend as Walmart and hoping people make mindless purchases or change prices per people's buying habits. I refuse to take an item to the front of the store for a "price check" or to attempt to locate an employee because items are not priced. The store was notably empty for it being the day before mother's day.

    Found the perfect outdoor cushions for my patio furniture today, 4/20/26. Although their inventory was first rate, the best part of the shopping experience was the very pleasant, helpful clerk behind the register. She checked to see if I was a member, and then helped me sign up to get future discounts. My only regret was that I didn't get her name, because she deserved a shout-out and a raise. Thank you for an overall excellent shopping experience.

    The customer service for at home is the worst I have ever experienced! They need to hire better customer service representatives! They are going to kill your company! I would like to talk to someone about my issue! And not a regular customer service lead someone higher

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
