- BOBrittany O'grady5 days ago4.0I promise one of the main reasons I stay with Aaron's is because of their worker Shatarah( Probably spelling that wrong). She is so sweet, gives great customer service. SHE IS NEEDS A RAISE, PLUS PAID VACATION!!! like she is amazing. That other woman Billy or Bobby or whatever and even Steven have annoyed me at times but Shatarah is their saving grace she always make me wanna stay lol.

The staff are rude, unhelpful, and treat customers like they’re an inconvenience. This store in general has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Done so update I'm still not ok with what happened tiesdTu things can be handled better but I'm happy to have my tv n PS4 system for my bedroom I've decided to continue my business as for now but I'm truely unsure if I will be able to feel the same as I once did Brandon is amazing and deserves all the praise for his kindness and understanding I truely miss the ones who ran the store before but I'm willing to try with the new ones

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
