  I was very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning. Tim (the carpet technician) was very polite and professional. When I had my carpet cleaned the hallway always looked shadowy no matter who cleaned it, but after receiving services with Williams Carpet care, it was a job well done. He pre-treated ethe carpet and then followed up with the cleansing. To my surprise upon him completing the service, the shadow was no longer there. I must say that I am completely satisfied with his services and I will be using him again.

  Tim is not only very responsive and responsible but also gives a good price. He even did carpet cleaning at night per my tight request. I really appreciate his great work!
