They sold me a defective blower. Never used it being that it wouldn't work and they tell me to call the manufacturer... what kind of company/people sell you a product that's broken and say not my problem, call the people who made it like we all of the sudden start calling china/Tiawan every time they made a defective product. There would be billions of people calling about nearly every product sold in America. Scam, never going back. Thank god for Home Depot and Menards.

I went there yesterday, which was a MONDAY. There was almost nobody in the store. I went to the flooring department to have some artificial turf cut to size from one of those ginormous rolls. There was not an employee in sight, so I just stood there for a while...nothing. I wandered aimlessly until I came across an employee in the lighting section. I asked him how I get help with the rolls of flooring. He got on his phone trying to find somebody to help me. After about 10 minutes, he looked at me and said, "I'm sorry, there's nobody that can help you." Seriously? I feel like that's something you should never say to a customer, right? I spoke with a manager at the customer service desk, and she seemed genuinely shocked that I was told nobody could help me. She quickly found somebody to help me, and he was very nice and helpful. He even came with me into the outdoor section and assisted me with the other things I needed. So, in the end it all worked out...even though it took about an hour longer than it should have. Plus - I was kind of humiliated at first. Like I didn't even matter and I should just go home.

My items are supposed to be ready for pick up on 4/30, it's 7:40 pm and nothing from the store. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I am returning the remaining pieces from the set and going elsewhere. Order never came in, the store called the next day saying it wasn't going to be shipped and I should cancel it. Received a text later stating the order was in, headed out to the store only to get another text saying the store had cancelled it.

Tried calling to find out if they had something in stock. Their AI operator was impossible to deal with. I could not get my question answered, nor could it connect me with a representative. I tried working with it for about 3 minutes, but we just kept going in circles.
