I would avoid this location or at least the assistant manager. Josh. I bought an air conditioning unit From Lowe's and it did not work. When I went to return it I was informed I only had 48 hours to return an air conditioner. I was completely taken aback as I had not seen any anything indicating there was a 48-hour return window. I asked to speak with a manager to see if there was anything we could do, Josh, the assistant to the manager looked at me. Dead-faced and said the store policy is 48 hours I asked. Isn't there something you can do? He said the store policy is 48 hours. I said. Surely there's something you can do. He said the store policy is 48 hours, he offered no assistance. Did not mention the potential for a authorized manufacturer return. Or take the situation into consideration at all. He was extremely rude and I will not be shopping at Lowe's in the future due to this interaction. Home Depot will get my business from now on as their employees have always treated me with respect.

Herman and Lawrence The delivery professionals from Lowe’s just left. I have never had such a professional, smooth and kind interaction with delivery pros. These two were complete gentlemen. When they first greeted me, they were extremely cheerful and warm. They measured everything to make sure the fridge would come in the front door correctly. They removed doors, they strategically and carefully carried the refrigerator in And put it into its place complimenting me on how I had everything ready and lined up for my new refrigerator. They were sincerely happy for me as a single parent buying her first brand new refrigerator. The only bad thing I have to say is that I’m sad I’m not related to these two guys because they would be the best kind of people to come and help move things around the house! They were so respectful, Every sentence ended in please, thank you and ma’am. I would order more appliances from Lowe’s just because of these two delivery professionals! I’m going to tell all of my friends about them.
Vicki was the most amazing sales gal in appliances who spoke to me about the refrigerators over and over again and when I arrived to the appliances department around 9 o’clock, she greeted me and kept working with me and never acted like she was rushed at all. I was the one who recalled that she had told me earlier she would be there until 9 PM. I was the one who had to say around 9:30 PM…..” Hey wait a minute didn’t you tell me you’re off at 9 o’clock? “ I told her to go ahead and go home! She needs to rest. She was willing to stay and help me as long as I needed to stay until 10 PM even when the store closed!
I’m not sure how Lowe’s finds their employees but I am absolutely sold on this store and it is much farther for me to drive than Home Depot. Totally worth every mile because in addition to these wonderful and kind sales people, the prices are actually a little bit lower priced than Home Depot.
Very happy with the products and services and I will be back!

Saturday Afternoon, realized our Garage Standing Freezer Died! Often times, people are quick to complain, however, in this case, "Credit where Credit is due". A quick Google search found Lowes here in Rochester Hills had a 90% match for a suitable replacement. One phone call and it was Done, AND Delivered Sunday AM. Great Product, Very Good Price, Great Customer Service, and stunningly Prompt Delivery!!! Doesn't get any better than this!!!
