  I am leaving this review because the experience I recently had with Aaron’s was completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism and customer service that was presented to me when I initially chose to rent from the company. What concerns me most is not simply a disagreement or an unpleasant interaction. A representative came to my former address and interacted with my mother in a manner that I found extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding an account, there is absolutely a right way and a wrong way to communicate with someone—particularly when dealing with a customer’s family member at a residence. I chose Aaron’s based on the expectation that its representatives would conduct themselves professionally and treat customers and those associated with them with dignity and respect. This interaction fell far short of that expectation. I strongly encourage Aaron’s corporate leadership to review what occurred, including the representative’s conduct, the circumstances surrounding the visit, and whether this behavior is consistent with the company’s customer-service and employee-conduct expectations. A company’s reputation is defined not only by how customers are treated when everything is going well, but by how people are treated when there is a problem. I am asking that this matter be escalated beyond the local level and reviewed by appropriate corporate leadership. I would appreciate acknowledgment that the complaint has been received and that the conduct in question will be addressed appropriately. This is not the experience I was led to expect when I became an Aaron’s customer, and I believe corporate leadership should be aware of it.

  So whoever you guys have call ppl for late payments need to learn to have just a tiny bit of empathy. My unborn child is dead and I’m not even 24 hours out of surgery and I got somebody with a nasty attitude in my ear about a $172 payment that y’all are definitely going to get. Once I’m all the healed I’ll definitely be surrendering both leased products since this is how a customer WHO IS NEVER LATE is going to be treated.

  Will at the front is extremely unprofessional and hung on my face and when another person called and getting ready to pay, he told someone else to hang up on me🤔 count your days, will!!! reporting you asap. where is the professionalism

  Rented a washer and dryer set brand new they deliver product but in non working order they broke the hinges to the washer try to send out repair guy another week wait not happy with service at all

  So we just had a new washer and dryer delivered to my house today and the delivery guys scratched up our new dryer didn't measure before bringing it in we need to be discounted for this. I'm i'm the homeowner. I'm not happy. I have no photos of it but my son's told me about it you need to get it together Aaron's angry customer
