  I’m still waiting for my electric bike that I ordered, while I wait they gave me a loaner. This loaner was brand new, less than two days later the front wheel fell off and I crashed. Shows how much they care about our safety that they apparently couldn’t assemble the bike correctly. I’m not happy and I’m still waiting for an apology, I banged my knee pretty bad and arm have the marks as proof plus a destroyed bike.

  They leased me an electric bike and told me it was fully assembled, I took them at their word. Well not even 2 days later the front wheel falls off and I crashed the bike. I trusted them because I don’t have tools of my own, big mistake trusting them. So I banged my knee and arm (drew blood), and bent parts of the bike. That’s not even the beginning of the problems it’s the wrong bike, I ordered a better bike. Should have known not to trust it from the beginning. Now I have to carry the bike back to the store so they can replace it. I do mean carry I have no vehicle and the bike has no front wheel and is to bent to put the wheel back on. Horrible service

  Ill make your payment for you if you choose not to rent here. Hands down this is straight up a disgrace to rent to own places. Had to pay up front 25 dollars just to tell me that they don't have my order in. Now I have to wait on their terms for reimbursement. Lady said to me just go to Walmart. Filing a report with BBB!
