DRS is happy to build you a pool, but try to get pool serviced/repaired and you're in trouble! DRS has opened/closed our pool for years and we've settled for rising fees, poor communication, and a stream of shady characters coming out to do the work...swearing, smoking, and one even obsessed with spitting on pool deck! Very rarely did DRS ever come out on the scheduled open/close day, and we became accustomed to battling their many phone prompts to get to the right person for info, and then it was usually a voicemail and maybe a call back if you're lucky. This spring, DRS opened the pool and soon after, we noticed a huge drop in water level. Called and told that no one available as they are very busy. Many irrelevant questions were asked about water level and woman requested we email pictures. OK, sent photo of water level below skimmer just as I told you in phone call. Emailed pics to DRS and no reply. Had to call again next day to see if DRS received pics??? Told again that Josh not available, but rest assured, he would call us. Another 24 hours passes, water level dropping, and call again. Josh now "out of town," but we'd get a call soon. Fortunately, I found a contact for The Pool Leak guy. Never worked with Alex before, but within 24 hours, he was out donning a wet suit to jump in our pool and find the leak. Leak found quickly and repaired the same day! Now that's real customer service without the run-around! And...summer is now over, pool closed by a different pool company, and we're still waiting for that return phone call from DRS. Our scheduled pool renovations won't be done by DRS, and our two neighbors and relative looking for a pool installer also won't be using DRS. For those who don't appreciate or care about their customers, there are other companies that do. And word of mouth is everything!

We had a great experience with DRS Pool & Spa! They did an amazing job building our pool. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and we’re really happy with how it turned out

EDIT: In response to my review for DRS Pools, notice how they did not address the FALSE statement that they had already applied for our permits as the reason he could not refund my deposit! That along with being treated poorly is why I would not recommend business with them. On my deposit yes I know what I signed, but I did not know my Dad would get sick that summer and it would be his last, my life was a mess and instead of being understanding, DRS Pools LIED about a permit they DID NOT PULL for our work. Buyer beware. We approached this company for a major $100K+ project. Throughout the process, the owner acted completely put-out by standard client requests, treating us like a nuisance rather than a premium customer. Worse, they falsely claimed that permits had been pulled for our project. When we verified this with the city, we found out it was entirely untrue. To top it off, they are now withholding our $2,500 security deposit under false pretenses. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid them.

Great place for a quick stop for pool chemicals. They run the test and tell you what you need. Always have product in stock.

Purchased home with pool that DRS had installed. Scheduled them to open pool mid-May of this year. Ran into issues getting pool and spa running including plug stuck in spa. DRS left with things not in working order and stated they would return to address. Nearly a month later, they have not been back and haven’t contacted us. Would not recommend for service. Update: 6 weeks and still no contact from DRS.
