  I would absolutely NOT recommend their so-called “White Glove Delivery.” There was nothing white glove about the experience we had. Our mattress was delivered the day before our house was scheduled to be appraised, and the entire delivery was ridiculous. They actually sat our brand-new mattress down IN THE ROAD during the delivery. Then while bringing it into the house and upstairs, they chipped our flooring, knocked pictures off the walls, and basically shoved the mattress up the stairs while taking everything out in their path. There seemed to be absolutely no care or respect for our home or belongings. On top of that, one of the delivery guys smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it was extremely unpleasant having him inside our home. For something advertised as “White Glove Delivery,” I expected them to take precautions and treat our home and a brand-new mattress with care. Putting a mattress in the road and damaging someone’s home is about as far from “white glove” as you can get. Unfortunately, our experience with the store itself wasn’t much better. Like many of the other reviews mention, they make you feel like you’re beneath them or an inconvenience. They were not helpful or welcoming at all. I called the store manager afterward to explain what happened and the damage they caused. Instead of showing any concern or trying to make it right, he immediately became defensive and denied, denied, denied. No accountability whatsoever. If you’re going to advertise “White Glove Delivery,” then actually provide white glove service. Sitting a customer’s mattress in the road, damaging their flooring, knocking things off their walls, and forcing a mattress through their home with no care is the complete opposite. Very disappointing experience from beginning to end, and I definitely would not recommend them.

  Great experience purchasing. We knew what we wanted, they showed us the options they had and we bought it. Sales person was great. Would recommend
