- BSBo SlomkowskiSep 17, 20265.0Great place for rent to own. My personal experience was great. Little over a year ago I leased an upright freezer and I love it. I had some financial hardship few months in and ended up having to pay it off through the entire 12 month contract instead of paying it off in the same as cash time limit. I was worried, knowing I was obviously going to be paying more was a little stressful, the worrisome part was I wouldn't be able to make all my monthly payments. The staff was very helpful and management there didn't turn a blind eye to my situation and they all worked with me. Their kindness and willingness to make my experience less stressful got me to the end of my lease, freezer completely paid off, still using it, works great, a purchase Im glad to have made. Lease to own you obviously will pay more for your item(s) if you are not able to do the same as cash and I knew this going into my contract. This was my first experience doing something like this and Aaron's made it a good experience, I gained some knowledge, got to meet some good people. At the end of all this if or I should be saying when I lease again I will most definitely lease here. Sorry for my mini novel, my review was long over due. Hope someone finds the review helpful. To the Aaron's team just want to say thank, I appreciate you. P.S. Only complaint I had was how many times you all called me, đ. I know doing your job and all, but if I had a recommendation cutting down the amount of calls wouldn't hurt, behind on payment(s) I can understand but I stayed on track and some of it was a bit excessive. Don't worry though you still get 5 stars. â â â â â

Richard was very unprofessional he changed my payment plain without my approval.. he has hung up on me when I was trying to figure thi go out.. to the point where I sent all my stuff back to them and wash my hands with them will not recommend this place to anyone

I called the Owosso store regarding the lawn mower that I'm renting from them because the belt came off and it would not cut. I was informed that they do not repair belts on lawn mowers. What do they repair?

Kept getting the runaround everytime. So much lack of COMMUNICATION in that place. Nobody keeps track of calls being made at all on what needs to be done with customers. Won't recommend this place for nobody.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
