  We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy this week when shopping for recliners. Christian was very attentive and showed us some really nice and affordable options. We purchased 2 of our favorites.

  We stood in your store for 15 minutes other people came in after we did and were acknowledged right away this was not one but two sales associates . Mr. S k came and was very through and polite. The lady associated appeared to look our way and walked to the folks that had just walked in the store. This was not a new experience for me but it never fill comfortable. I was on a fact finding errand and we did purchase the lift chair that was recommended instead of purchasing a much cheaper from Amazon.

  As soon as I walked in I was looking at all the beautiful chairs and I was looking for a recliner rocking chair, and Marie Evans came right up and asked me if I needed any help and I told her yes I'm looking for a lazy boy rocker reclining chair with the handle on the side that would lift up the footrest. And she showed me around too many chairs of different colors and then I saw the rocker recliners that had the remote on them, so I sat in a few of them and I decided right away that I wanted a rocker recliner with a remote and most of all with a lumbar support as I have a bad back from years of working at a steel place. One side decided on the colors which she showed me many colors to choose from and I chose a brown color that would go with my living room. She was very helpful and very friendly and we discussed a lot of the chairs and what size we needed and the fabric she was Justin all around great salesperson I was happy to be with her, and she explained everything to me and I bought the chair that I wanted with remote, with the color that I wanted. I would be happy to do business with her again as next year I'll be looking for a new couch so I will be going back to Lazy Boy again and specifically asking for Maria again. I had ordered another chair before I just one I had it delivered from Amazon it was nothing compared to the one I got from Lazy Boy. I eventually sold the chair after having it for 3 weeks. That was my big mistake ordering it from Amazon I won't be making that mistake again. I would recommend Marie to everybody that goes to Lazy Boy in Novi and you will not be disappointed. She was very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and just an all-around great individual I can't say enough about her. And I will be going back there again next year or maybe sooner to purchase a couch and maybe another chair. I'm anxiously awaiting for the arrival of my chair and I can't wait to sit on it and relax and really enjoy a nice comfortable chair. I will be posting pictures of a chair as soon as it gets delivered.
