We were extremely satisfied with the number of choices available. Allowing us to find the design that appealed to us most. The ability to choose from the availability of fabric choices. We were able to customize to fit our current and future home decor. Shout out to our Sales Associate Dan for his patience and guidance throughout the process!

Staff was very friendly and my salesperson was very attentive. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to help me choose the perfect recliner for me. I’m very happy with my purchase and can’t wait for delivery! Way to go La-Z-Boy!

Excellent professional service from Salesman Shawn, he even responded to my inquiry after store hours when I did not receive notification of delivery the day before delivery. Delivery crew courteous and careful while taking care to protect my home and property from damage.

We were greeted promptly upon entering and after a brief discussion regarding our interest we were left to look at the options. The salesperson checked back with us and another salesperson checked to make sure we were being helped. We found a chair we liked and even got a price match on it. The salesperson also went over the features of the power functions before we left.

Unfortunately our two recliners have been a WASTE of our hard earned $$. The reclining mechanisms are so tight that neither of us can recline the chairs on our own. We made an appointment to speak to a technician who made me feel that our expectations of an easy to operate recliner were frivolous and that they would loosen up with time. We are now waiting to make an appointment for someone to come out to our home. The wait time for a call back is up to five days and no time frame for a in-hone service call was given. Hopefully the person who does come out will be able to help these two long time La-Z-Boy customers love their beautiful new chairs! La-Z-Boy store personnel have told us that there are videos on-line that demonstrate how to fix the mechanisms. Definitely not the La-Z-Boy we have known and loved over the years.
