My favorite Gardner White in Novi is moving around the corner. Went in today to get 2 XL TWIN beds to make a king and an adjustable base. Because of the moving situation, they only had a small handful of sales people on the floor. My partner & I were in the storeabout 30 mins. trying out mattresses. Nobody approached us until we were getting ready to leave... too late.. The staff is usually on point and the quality of furniture is good. Yall lost about a $5000 sale today though. Even during a moving sale yall need to check on the customers. For their lack of attention, Im going to give them 3 stars.

Our experience was beyond “far from great.” We were shown only one mattress by the saleswoman, who apparently prioritized her commission over our comfort. I have tried every fix imaginable—I sleep with a pillow between my knees and ankles, a wedge pillow under my abdomen, and I hug a pillow close to my chest to keep my shoulder from rolling forward and throwing my spine out of alignment in order to make the mattress usable until our 60 days is up and we can return it. The pain when I wake up—well it takes an hour or more of sitting in a supportive chair before the pain and spasms resolve. Tempur-Pedic is a highly recommended mattress, but it has not been at all right for us. We advised the saleswoman that we were returning the same mattress from another store because we lasted about 4 hours on it and she recommended the same mattress but a firm rather than a medium. I have a doctors appointment today to see what I can do about the back pain upon awakening until our 60-day trial is up. The Gardner White store is in Novi, Michigan. Avoid it like the plague.
