  I had a great experience, due to the help of Skyler! We picked out a beautiful couch and chair, and he coordinated white glove delivery for tomorrow! His knowledge and warm presence made it so easy. Would happily for return for Skyler’s assistance in the future!

  Mattress buyers beware: The “Best Sleep Guarantee” is a joke! If you happen to not love your mattress, they make you jump through hoops to actually use the “BSG”. They come out and do an inspection. Then they charge you a 10% restocking fee plus a $200 fee on top of that for the exchange. Doesn’t sound like a guarantee, sounds like a money grab. Zero people in the store explain it to you, and when they spring the fees on you at the time of exchange, there is no remorse. Bob’s Discount Furniture across the street has a real guarantee, and people who really care. If you’re in the market for a mattress, call anyone but Gardner White.

  Myself and my wife spent a couple of days trying to find the perfect reading chair for her. We finally settled on an Ashley brand swivel chair. Our first day, we dealt with Ivan and he was great and really listened to the needs of my wife. The second day, we dealt with Ryan Johnson and he came off as rude and distant. We knew at this point that we wanted the Ashley chair and we discussed this with Ryan. I am not sure if that put him off or what happened. He barely looked at or spoke to my wife. The chair is for her. She helped pay for half the chair and he still only shook my hand at the end of the purchasing experience and barely acknowledged my wife at the end. We are super excited about the chair, but it is disappointing that the salesman left a sour taste about the entire experience. This is our 3rd major purchase from this location and this is the first time we have experienced anything like this. Makes us wish we were more direct and asked to work with someone else to place the order.

  Great experience from start to finish. I initially visited the store just to look around, and a few days later I came back to make the purchase—and I’m really glad I did. Ruth, Amy, and Suh were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I needed without any pressure, which made the decision much easier. The whole process was smooth and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻
