I had a great experience with the team at Extra Space Storage. I reserved my unit online, and the front desk representative went above and beyond by helping me switch to a unit in a much closer location, which made a big difference with all the walking involved. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this location!

We went to the Novi Extra Space to take a look at the spaces available and the visual dimensions and was assisted by Daniel. We were there just for a quick peek and it was already close to closing time. Danny was extremely helpful and showed us around the whole facility and suggested the best units for us. By the time we were done it was already about an hour after his shift end time. We decided to book the space right away and Danny again made sure everything was set up and checked us in. It was a great experience for us with Extra Space team today.
