I purchased 2.5 yards of fabric from Calico for some dining room chairs redo. Two days later I received a sale flyer for 25% off the entire store. I have shopped there for at least 25 years. It is a very high priced store. And now one of a few stores left to buy nice fabric. I spent $156 on fabric, shipping ($18) and sales tax on 2.5 yards of fabric.i called my sales person whom I dealt personally with and she claimed she could not refund me the difference and I could not return it. Next the manager called me and said that because I did not tell my sales person I didn’t need it right away they weren’t inclined to tell me about the sale. The manager offered me a coupon of $100 off of a $500 order. Which I declined. She also offered me a coupon for $20 if I purchased something else. Which I declined. So this is my warning: wait for a sale because this company does not value its customers. Or simply go somewhere else. I should have found it online and bought it that way. Next time!

Was excited to go into this shop today but quickly became disappointed as I waited 15 minutes and not once did someone say hello or offer to assist. I finally asked someone "do I need to make an appointment to receive service?" She said she'd call someone for me...but even when they came out, they ignored me and my mom. I decided to leave but may go back again if different people are working.
