Last couple years, Sam was our tech and she took amazing care with our pool and spa. This year Curtis has been our guy and we are equally happy with his service. Other years , like this year, things have been wonderful! We had one minor heater issue in May which was quickly fixed under warranty. Our pool has never functioned so flawlessly or look so clean and inviting as in the last few months. Curtis who maintains our pool every Wednesday is a big reason for our great pool season. He has all the qualities of an excellent employee: professional, hard working , courteous and just a really, really nice guy! Pristine's office staff, especially Xochi and Debbie, have been very responsive to any questions or issue I have had recently or in the past. Curtis, Xochi and Debbie have been such a pleasure to deal with and make our interactions with Pristine Pool such positive experience!
- LHLon HooverAug 4, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about Scott & Richard with my new spa installation. They took great care of removing a window to slide the new spa into the spa room. They both communicated very effectively with everything they were doing and when they discovered an issue with the spa, Scott drove back to the shop in New Buffalo and returned to Buchanan and installed the new part. I also needed an upgrade to a part and Richard drove to Michigan City and returned so that they could get the spa up and running today!! I didn’t get the names of the younger guys that helped carry the spa up to the room but I greatly appreciate their work as well. Definitely recommend Pristine Pool & Spa
