  Our pool build experience was wonderful! From start to finish the team Lex, Glenn and Dylan were so knowledgeable and helpful as far as helping with pool location, explaining the process and setting up expectations too, it was seamless. They really handle everything and set us up with vendors for gas and electric, ect. Timeline was fast and easy they got it done quick on the off season and always followed up with details and pictures. Great communication of any changes or issues too. The fiberglass shell is beautiful, (Leisure Pools) the delivery went smooth of the shell and Pristine even helped with removal of a shed and coordinated tree removal. The concrete pad came out great and when complete we had a wonderful pool start up class. Very pleased with the high quality heater and other equipment, nice cover. Deck Jets and Spa Jets and many great features added. They explained all the high tech equipment and the team is very timely with email and phone calls. Our main point of contact was Lex H and let me say he is a gem! This company will always have our referrals to those looking to build in the area.   After more than two decades of second rate fly-by-night pool people I found Pristine Pool! Consistent professional, courteous competent work. Today Scott and BRIAN answered all my questions and explained how to use the Internet system. I could not be happier with this company and all of their people and I have been recommending them to my friends.

  The installers were very professional and thorough with setting up the hot tub and explaining operations as well as chemistry(which I know nothing about). Great Experience.

  It is hard to know where to start for this review. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. From the first meeting where the process was explained, to the details about the construction, insight as to why certain construction decisions were made, a full explanation of the equipment recommended, a tour of previously installed pools when we were undecided about styles and colors, my wife and I knew we had met with an outstanding contractor and company. Installing an in ground pool is not inexpensive and Pristine appreciates and respects that. Throughout the process, the communication was absolutely exceptional. We were always kept informed and encouraged to ask questions. When we had concerns, Pristine fully explained them to us. On top of it all, they were very personable. A large project like this requires more than just a pool contractor and I can attest to the fact that they always communicated with and worked harmoniously with other contractors that were part of the project. I can't give a more positive review for this company and if you are considering installing an in ground pool, I encourage you to give them an opportunity to provide an estimate.
