Sam and John were incredible in addressing my pool. I would have been lost without them. They were knowledgeable, friendly, generous with advice, driven and professional. I highly recommend Pristine as a result of dealing with Sam and John and have long term contracted with them and expanded the services I use with them as a result

We were very pleased with the prompt and professional attention from Zayne and Austin as they winterized our hot tub. They explained the procedures and took extra care to attach a loose panel. Highly recommend!

I just can’t say enough good things about Pristine Pools. They stepped in and rescued us this summer after another company had completely bailed on our pool liner replacement. They did a beautiful job and went above and beyond to help us sort out some other related pool issues. A special thanks to Scott, Rich, Jason and the whole team. We look forward to being customers for many years to come.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for what ended up being one of the most complex projects I’ve ever been a part of. The Pristine team told me upfront that they were the premium option for pool installation in the area and that their competitive edge was on quality rather than cost. We shopped around, we got multiple quotes, and in the end we were confident that Pristine was the right choice compared to other installers. The team came to my house to explain their process and the reason behind the equipment they use and why they use it. They sat and spoke to me for 2 1/2 hours. I think they would’ve gone even longer, but there was only so much good information I could absorb in one sitting. They were completely willing to talk for as long as I had questions to ask. By contrast, none of the other vendors I spoke to spent more than 10 minutes with me on the phone, explaining what they do and how they do it. That by itself was reason enough for me to choose Pristine. The installation project took a long time. Not because anytime was wasted, or because things were done incorrectly, but because they were taking care to do things the right way. The team was proactive with their communication and would frequently write very long emails to explain what’s going on and what decisions needed to be made. They put the same effort into communication throughout the project as they did with their sales pitch, which made all the difference as we tried to build this pool from afar on our secondary property. I don’t think I ever went more than 24 weekday hours without a response to a question or an update on what was happening. The results were amazing. We’ve only had the pool for a couple of weeks, but I can tell that the construction is going to last a long time and that I can be confident that things were done the right way. I am a firm believer in investing upfront in a good product so that you don’t have to replace or fix it down the road. If you think the same way, this is the installer to get.
