  The crew from Preferred that just completed our spring clean up (picking up branches/twigs, light thatch, removing leaves from late fall, etc.) did an outstanding job. Everything that was promised was done, and our lawn looks absolutely ready to go for the summer. Many thanks!!

  What an amazing company you called them they answer the phone they give you a fair price to put you on the schedule and they come doing a great job. I mean, what more could you ask for?

  Unsatisfied with this company. The owner did not draw up the agreed upon plan for the installers to work by. The workers showed up and didn’t know what they were doing. The agreed upon materials were substituted with cheaper materials we didn’t want. We had to call them out on that. This was the beginning of the overcharging for the project. The owner didn’t honor the quote provided. The men left early to go fishing and left the entire yard a mess for days. They didn’t have grass seed to complete the project so put down sod which didn’t take. Now the stone steppers are moving and we called for warranty work and they will not honor their warranty. Total disappointment. Total rip-off and not holding up -we will need to spend even more money with one of their competitors to fix their misrepresented work.

  They should probably tell their drivers they shouldn't be cussing people out on the road over turning into a parking lot.
