  Out of a lot of things on my list. What they do have is pricey. Luckily they are next to a Walmart and across the street from Harbor Freight

  Some of the best Customer Service in Muskegon! We talked to and were helped by multiple different Team Members (and a couple Managers too), but the four names I remember specifically are Reuben, Keria, Mason, and Roger. They all were very helpful, very professional, and very kind. I have worked in Customer Service at different jobs before, and I have reasonably high expectations for how I think customers should be served. And the Lowes team in Muskegon not only met but also exceeded those expectations. We were looking to replace our old washing machine with a new (but low price point) washing machine. I ended up choosing one specific machine that was delivered on a Monday. The delivery team was very good! Very professional and very careful with bringing in the machine and hooking it all up. That same day I recognized some concerns with how the machine was sounding as I ran it through a test run. I talked with a manager over the phone and they set up an exchange for the same machine for Wednesday. Very speedy in getting it taken care of. Second machine (the exact same type) was delivered and ended up sounding the same, and I just didn't feel comfortable with how it was functioning. I called the store again and spoke with another manager (didn't catch her name)... she was super helpful and very understanding. She suggested possibly upgrading to a different machine altogether. I told her I needed a little bit to think about it. I called back and she wasn't available but I spoke with Keria, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so sweet and so helpful. She got everything figured out with the exchange and upgrade to a different machine, she handled the refund of the protection plan we ordered and set up the payment for the new protection plan plus the small amount we needed to pay for the upgraded machine. And the refund was just as speedy as the payment I made! She even called me back to verify that the refund was being processed immediately. She was very patient with me and all of my questions. Reuben who originally helped us in store, ended up being RIGHT about the machine he recommended. It's the machine we upgraded to in the end. He was also so patient with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Very helpful in answering all of my questions. Roger helped us only briefly, but he was also so kind and ready and willing to help us out when he saw that we were waiting. And Mason stepped in to finish our sale and did an exceptional job with us as well. All of the Lowes Team that helped us out in any way should feel very good about how they do their job! It made a huge difference to us throughout this whole process. And the delivery men Lowes hires, at least the three different pairs we had the pleasure of meeting, they do an excellent job as well! Keep it up Lowes of Muskegon! You're doing great!

  My review is for the Lowe's Protection Plus. The warranty company is Assurant. This is the email I sent them after they told me that they would not repair my microwave and send me a voucher for what I paid for it plus tax. They also stated that my current extended warranty for the microwave which was 5 yrs is now void because they fulfiled the contract. If I purchase another microwave. If I desire another extended warranty I will need to purchase one.. I am reaching out about my KitchenAid microwave and the recent decision on my warranty claim. The microwave is now just over 2 years old. During the manufacturer's warranty period, the microwave developed a problem and was repaired. Unfortunately, the microwave has now developed the same problem again. A service technician recently came out and diagnosed the same issue that was previously repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. I was then informed the repair would not be covered, and I am being offered a $491.14 electronic gift card toward a replacement microwave. I appreciate that Assurant has offered assistance. I respectfully ask that the decision be reconsidered. The microwave is only slightly over 2 years old, and the failure is the same problem that previously required repair under the manufacturer's warranty. It is disappointing that the same issue has now returned so soon after the original repair. The replacement cost for the same KitchenAid microwave is currently approximately $699. This means that even with the voucher, I will have to pay over $200 for a replacement of a relatively new appliance that has experienced the same failure twice.I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator at the same time and wish for the same color, profile, and brand. I understand that warranty terms and coverage limitations exist. However, given the circumstances, I do not feel it is entirely fair to me to bear the additional $200 cost for a replacement of the same appliance since the same problem occurred again. I am respectfully asking whether Assurant would consider increasing the voucher amount to cover the full replacement cost, or otherwise provide additional assistance as a goodwill resolution? I have been a customer who purchased extended warranty protection with the expectation that it would provide meaningful assistance if the appliance experienced a significant failure. It is my hope that Assurant will consider the history of this particular appliance and stand behind the resolution in a way that is fair to the customer. Thank you for taking the time to review my situation. I sincerely appreciate your consideration and hope that you will reconsider the amount of the assistance being offered. This email was never answered. Buyer beware the extended warranty is a joke and is not at all useful, Lowes and Assurrant were no help.

  Don't get your appliances installed. The only good appliance delivery I have had from Lowe's is when we didn't get installation. In 2020 I ordered a washer and dryer, they refused to instal them when they arrived because the box of brand new hoses was opened before they walked in the house. I just had a washer and dryer delivered today. They started the washer, said let it run for a full cycle, but never hooked up the drainage hose. Needless to say, I am currently standing in water in my basement.

  Terrible service. Couldn’t hardly find a cart without some random piece on it. The guy running the register could barely scan the items and after looking them up he could not get the receipt to print. Not going there ever again.
