Tried to call just to get details regarding if it’s permissible to have my sister be present when my vehicle is shipped to a new unit I was trying to buy at this location. The phone desk agent was so extremely rude and told me she won’t answer my questions because when I give her my email, all my questions will be answered in the email and their website. I told her I don’t want to go through the reservation process over the phone because I already reserved it online and looked on the website, but she still wouldn’t answer my questions. All she did was talk over me, interrupt me, yell, and tell me I wasn’t listening to her. Great way to lose business because I was going to rent outdoor parking and 3 separate units.
