    TJ was the best and I love my new mattress. The two gentlemen I’ve worked with at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. I would highly recommend them for whatever you need.

    Our experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The salesperson made promises that simply were not true. We were told that if we were unhappy with our purchase, returning or exchanging it would be easy and hassle-free. Once we tried to address our concerns, we discovered there were fees and restrictions that were never disclosed during the sales process. To make matters worse, getting any assistance afterward was nearly impossible. Calls and messages went unanswered for weeks, and the manager seemed more interested in avoiding the situation than resolving it. When we finally did receive a response, there was little sympathy or acknowledgment of the frustration and inconvenience we had experienced. Had the salesperson been honest and transparent about the actual policies and conditions, we would have made a different decision. Instead, we were met with misleading information, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care. This experience left us feeling deceived and undervalued as customers.

    The salesperson lied. She told us that if we weren't happy with our purchase, we could return or exchange it with no issues. Apparently, "no issues" doesn't include a 10% restocking fee or having to deal with a sales manager who avoids returning calls for more than a month. Had these conditions been disclosed upfront, we would have made a different purchasing decision. The lack of transparency and poor follow-through have made this an extremely frustrating experience.

    Very displeased with the procurement process, order management, and delivery of my couch. I had received a call two weeks ago confirming this delivery and that I’d receive notification the day prior and day of. Now rolls around the “day of delivery” and I have received nothing. I call and I’m told that a delivery was not scheduled despite a note in the system saying that it was to be delivered today. Then, I’m told that I have to wait two months to receive the couch that I was specifically told was in stock at the time of purchase, and was told that delivery was all set for my requested date when in fact delivery to my address is not available for that day of the week (In general).

    Jerrett was absolutely amazing! We didn’t go in to buy anything, just to put a down payment on the granddaughter’s bedroom outfit. But knew we were going to buy new living room furniture sometime around Christmas, but after looking around at a few we found one we liked. Jerrett was very knowledgeable and was not trying to push us into anything. He said that he was sure that the set we wanted would still be available in about 5 to 6 months from now, but he went the extra mile to answer every question & get us the best price that we decided not to wait & bought it right then. If you don’t want a pushy but knowledgeable salesman, make sure to ask for Jerrett Betzer! Congratulations on your new son as well Jerrett!!
