They give you the right around and say they're going to and never do it their answer to everything is "oh it's on backorder"...🙄 They got management that don't know what's going on in from what I noticed there's a revolving door of management.

Well the delivery then showed up with the chair and I instantly looked at it and it looked horrible it was filthy dirty and I asked him is that a used chair and he said yes which I was never told because I don't want a used chair and he put the young lady who sold it to me on speakerphone and she bear face lied and said she did tell me it was used and she did not because I never would have accepted that so I told them to take it back. The two delivery guys were great and I felt bad for them after they hauled it in and then had to take it back out but they were very professional and did an awesome job as far as the salesperson she lied for a sale so I won't be using your business again
